The Space

Situated in a quiet pocket minutes from the bustle and buzz of Byres Road, your new home in Glasgow is an absolute delight. Furnished to a high standard, yet comfy and warm, I've made this top floor flat into a most welcoming home.

Glasgow's Botanic Gardens are so close that I think of them as the front yard. The flat's back yard is a wonderful tree-lined oasis of quiet and guests are free to use this space to relax in whenever they want.

Glasgow University is close-by and can be seen from the South facing side of the apartment.

A self-service continental breakfast is included, and Vegetarian and Vegan options are available.

The immediate neighbourhood is quiet, though some fine cafés are located literally a hop, skip and jump away on Queen Margaret Drive.

Byres Road, and all it's wonderful attractions, is a 5 minute dander from the flat. This area offers some of the best restaurants, cafés, pubs and shops that Glasgow offers, with Ashton Lane especially proving perennially popular.

Public transport links are fantastic with both Hillhead and Kelvinbridge underground stations, and a wealth of bus connections, only a matter of minutes away. For Drivers, Great Western Road is seconds from the door and it offers quick access to the main motorways and roads in and out of the city.

House Rules

I don't have many rules to be honest but most of the floors are newly sanded and so I have an outdoor shoes off, kettle-on rule! :)

I ask that guests equally relax and respect my home while staying.

Check in is 2pm, with check out being at 11am.
