Would highly recommend. We made this wonderful place our homebase as we explored Rome. Francesco was very helpful above and beyond from helping with arrangments before and during the stay, as well as highlighting amazing restauarants. We felt safe walking around apartment area in day and night. There are several buses right outside and nearby train station. Will stay here again if in Rome!

Francesco was very helpful in advance of arrival, and even met us on the main street to show us the entrance. The apartment was beautifully set up with towels and amenities, and the specific map of helpful bus lines and transportation was excellent! I was in touch with him a few times during our stay, and always got a response promptly. A wonderful first visit to Rome!

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay at Francesco's. The apartment is great, very clean and spacious, kitchen is fully stocked, the shower is amazing and the bed is very comfortable. We preferred and enjoyed staying in at the apartment some nights to going out in Rome. Francesco was a wonderful host, very quick to respond, extremely helpful, he located and retrieved pair of sunglasses we had lost in a taxi. Truly goes above and beyond for his guests. Will be staying here again when in Rome!

The host, Francesco was great! He was patient and very responsive. He gave us directions from the train station to his place more than once and walked us block by block on how to arrive. He answered all the questions we had. The apartment was fantastic. It had everything you would need. It felt very home-y and was in a god location (near the train station and new the night life area, away from the super touristy areas but close enough to hop on a public bus to get to). Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay there again!

Francesco was an amazing host! He met us at the apartment as planned and had additional information about local amenities ready for us. Inviting and great with communication (he even was responsive in giving us tips during our trip on where to hang out via text) - highly recommended! The Rome apartment is great - very well decorated and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (including wifi)! A truly wonderful place to stay. The pictures are exactly what you will get. Its on the 4th floor but there is a lift in the building. The location is near the city center but not quite central. It is about a 15 minute walk or bus ride from the nearest train station (light rail, not subway). From there its about a 15 20 minute ride to any of major sites. The neighborhood is nice - a bit more of the local feel which was refreshing. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely reach out to Francesco if we're ever back in Rome!

This apartment is nothing short spectacular, not only were Francesco and his lovely girlfriend so so so so warm and welcoming, but they left a detailed list of close-by shops, restaurants, and dance clubs. The bed was my best friend, SO COMFORTABLE. The shower was heavenly, and the wine that they left for us was the cherry on top. When we first arrived, we were a bit apprehensive because the neighborhood is not as tourist friendly and bright as Rome Centre. However the bus system is very simple and easy (Bus 170 takes you right to the centre) and the bus stop is right outside the apartment. Francesco even taught me how to make a beautiful cup of Italian espresso with his very own maker. The water filter comes in very handy, as well. If you are looking for a place in Rome, this is one of the largest apartments you will find. It is a great getaway and would suggest it to a friend any day. We will be back. Thanks again!!
