  • Everything was great, Francesco's apartment is small but cute and with everything you need. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt very comfortable. Near the apartment is Pizzeria Blaserna, which has the best Pizza (take-away)! It's also just a short walk to Trastevere station from where you can take the tram to the City Centre. Wifi worked well. Thank you for a great stay, Francesco!

  • Francesco was an amazing host! He met us at the apartment as planned and had additional information about local amenities ready for us. Inviting and great with communication (he even was responsive in giving us tips during our trip on where to hang out via text) - highly recommended!

The Rome apartment is great - very well decorated and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (including wifi)! A truly wonderful place to stay. The pictures are exactly what you will get. Its on the 4th floor but there is a lift in the building.

The location is near the city center but not quite central. It is about a 15 minute walk or bus ride from the nearest train station (light rail, not subway). From there its about a 15 20 minute ride to any of major sites. The neighborhood is nice - a bit more of the local feel which was refreshing.

All in all I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely reach out to Francesco if we're ever back in Rome!

  • I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Francesco was so welcoming and helpful upon our arrival and we quickly made ourselves at home. Apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable and great music collection too! We absolutely loved the rainforest shower and cozy bed after a long days walking around the city. The area is quiet which suited us and there is a lovely restaurant just across from the apartment block that is definitely worth trying with loads of amenities nearby There is a bus stop right out on the main street that is on all main lines so very easy to get to on arrival and to get to all the main sight seeing destinations. This is a definitely a must stay in apartment when in Rome. Looking forward to our return visit hopefully in 2015.

  • We had a great time at Francesco's apartment. It was very nice, modern, clean and tidy. Francesco was waiting for us in the apartment on the day we arrived in Rome. He showed us everything and told us things about the area. He even had made a list with good restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the area. The apartment is in a perfect area: you are close to the tram to get into the centre and the street in front of the apartment is very nice with a lot of little shops. It is also quiet because the apartment is not directly at the street. We enjoyed the time there! It was an amazing week:)

  • Amazing host! Really nice and helpful! Everything we need was in the apartament! I asked for a hairdryer, but we got more then we expected: a bottle of wine, a bottle of beer, soap, some marmelade... and the bed was very cozy! Best hosts! We would definetly come back! Thanks a lot

  • Absolute Perfection!!! This apartment is the best!!! You feel welcome the minute you walk in! Federica check us in and it was great to meet such a nice, sweet and smiley person upon arrival. She gave us all the information we needed to get around, restaurant recommendations, transportation instructions and welcomed us 'home"!
The apartment had everything there and we felt that Francesco and Federica where one step ahead to provide everything we might need, even nice music with their great cd collection! Everything was very clean and the fresh, great and very comfortable bed and a great shower!!
They welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine...so much appreciated.
The location is great... nice, quiet and safe area with very easy access to the city and lots of stores close by. The bus stop is just under the apartment with quite frequent routs and gets you right in the city center.
I would suggest this apartment without second thoughts and looking forward getting back there.
Thank you so much guys for everything!!!

  • Francesco was a really kind host; helped us out with the things that we should see, taste and look around. We had 3 days and nights in the apartment, it is indeed a cozy and easy going apartment with nice and clean kitchen, bathroom and so on. Easy to travel around, not in a really touristic side of the town so you don't get overwhelmed. Easy access points and Francesco's helpful map made the travelling even smoother ^^ thanks for everything man! Ciao!

  • Francesco's flat was a home from home! His girlfriend Federica checked us in, giving us lots of recommendations for good restaurants in the area and telling us to 'help ourselves' to the food in the flat. They even left us a bottle of wine, which was a really nice touch. The flat is really modern, quirky and well furnished, so much so that we almost didn't want to leave! It was really convenient for the centre of Rome with lots of regular buses.

Overall, a great flat! We would definitely stay here again!

  • WARNING: this apartment is SO NICE you'll be tempted to stay in instead of getting to know Rome.
The only drawback is that you're not right in the middle of the city center and you have to take a 15min bus that some times during rush hour takes a while to arrive.
Other than that, everything was GREAT. Nice neighbourhood, clean and well decorated apartment, everything works well, good CD collection, comfortable bed, great shower, fast washing machine, etc.
Francesco is a terrific guy, he was waiting for us at the agreed time, explained every detail and even left us some beer, wine and fruit!

  • Francesco's apartment is wonderful!! Looks just like the photos so no surprises there. Everything is clean and tidy and working. I love the rainforest shower!! Francesco and his girlfriend Federica are both very helpful and easy to contact. Although we didn't get to meet Francesco, we spoke on the phone or via text if we ever needed anything and he was a great help. There's an awesome restaurant right downstairs and the location is perfect: a supermarket, post office and pharmacy right across the road and only 1 min walk from the bus stop that takes you right into the city centre in only 10 stops. Would love to stay there again!! Thank you Fran and Federica :)
