Jana's cabin was absolutely amazing. We loved our trip so much and the cabin is the perfect place to stay right outside Sequoia National Park. The cabin was very comfortable and the outdoor shower was fantastic. Brushing our teeth in the morning and being able to see the mountains reflecting back in the mirror was incredible. We can't say enough about Sequoia National Forest and Kings Canyon. So beautiful and can't wait to come back.

We loved how quiet and seclusive the property was. Everything, down to the little details were well thought-out by Jana. We felt cozy, comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The snacks and coffee we're timely as well. The charming space heater was very much needed as the temps went into the 40s during our stay. Be prepared to feel an icy hot sensation while taking a shower outside, as the gentle cold breeze will wake you up!

Jana was a wonderful host! She is so warm and welcoming. As soon as you walk in her cabin it is abundantly clear that that she put so much love and attention into the space. She put together a binder that was super helpful containing local suggestions for restaurants, trails in the park to take, and day trips if you have extra time. The property itself is breathtaking, exactly what we wanted with gorgeous views! We absolutely loved our time in her cabin and would highly recommend staying with her!!

We had a great time in Three Rivers and the Sequoia National Park, and Jana's cabin was the perfect place to stay. Jana was a gracious and entertaining host (as were the dogs), the cabin itself was the perfect size and in the perfect location (you get privacy and a great view!), the decor was unique and amazing, and the amenities were great (outdoor sink and shower, air conditioning, toaster, mini-fridge, microwave and snacks in the cabin and NOT having a television was super refreshing). The cabin's only a five minute drive to the park entrance and going back to it after a long day in the Sequoias was perfect. I can't recommend Jana's place enough!

“Thousands of tired, nerve-shaken, over-civilized people are beginning to find out that going to the mountains is going home; that wildness is a necessity; and that mountain parks and reservations are useful not only as fountains of timber and irrigating rivers, but as fountains of life.” - John Muir
