Welcome to sunny California! This single-level homey house is centrally located to all the attractions California has to offer. Besides being within a mile from the beach and surrounded by dozens of restaurants, workout studios, coffee shops, grocery stores, nightlife and etc.

The space
This home is perfect for groups, families, medical patients, and business travelers. It includes three bedrooms and one of them has a desk set up for work. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bathrooms are stocked with amenities.

This is a quiet community please respect the neighboring houses. No parties. Thank you.

There is a backhouse in the backyard that is sometimes occupied but there is a fence splitting the two properties which you won't be able to access and they won't be able to access your area either. The backhouse has a completely different entrance than the house so each party will never cross paths.

We are pet friendly. We do welcome the furbabies but there is a pet fee of $200 per pet. We can do a special discount for more than one pet. We do ask please pick up after the pet mess inside and outside of the home and dispose it properly. And no pets allowed on the furniture or beds please. bring a crate if the pet is unattended.

The driveway can fit up to two cars with complimentary parking on the streets.

We live a couple of streets down so feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. All security cameras are outdoors.

For long stays, we do not provide additional housekeeping cleaning during the stay. It would be an additional charge.

***If you are staying more than 29 days, we will send you a lease form to sign to confirm the check in and check out date.
