Hello fellow travelers!
I'd be happy to host you in the flat located 200 meters from Metro Station Josephine-Charlotte and Montgomery which one of a main metro line within Brussels.
It takes 15mn to go to the city by metro, 15mn to the airport by car (also possible to go by bus, about 30mn and 2€ ticket).
The flat is 130m² located in a very nice neighborhood with safe parking close by, terrace, washing machine, one bathroom, 2 rooms and one (very) big living room.
one room is available for 2/3 people. The whole appartment is not for rent, it is only one room. The rest of the appartment is shared with me. I can provide you a nice bed that has been changed recently for your confort, and I have everything to make you feel like home .
If you are more people, we can still manage, don't hesitate to contact me!
You are allowed to use the kitchen, the terrace and the living room as much as you feel like.
As well, the best French (Belgian really) fries in Brussels are situated about 5 minutes walking distance!!
I would help you as much as possible travelling Brussels or Belgium, and i have a lot of guides for travelers.
I speak French, Italian Spanish and English and would be pretty happy to help you on your trip, as long as I have time.
I usually go out on week ends in the bars and clubs of brussels, and it's always a pleasure to bring guests and see them have fun!
You'll receive, of course, a pair of key that will make you independant, Wi-Fi password, clean linen, towels etc... don't hesitate to ask if you need anything.
Hope to see you soon!!
Kitchen, toilets, bathroom, terrace, living room, internet etc etc...
Interaction with Guests
Depends on my schedule. I enjoy talking with the guests but i'm busy sometimes. I make everything possible to explain a lot of things, have a chat and share a beer with you ;)
Pretty quiet, open view, very green and close from huge parks, close from metro stations and airport. You can easily come and leave from the appartment with the transports until 00h30 and all night during the week ends
free Parking closeby, transports 100mts away
Smoking in terasse or outside only.
Make yourself at home, which means respecting others and the place itself.
Turn off the heater in the room when it is night (please do it)
Make sure you don't make much noise in the room because of my neighbor's young children sleeping downstairs. If you want to make some noise(talks, drinks etc..) please do it in the living room.
No eating in the room, we have a table in the living room and can provide you with plates and cutleries if needed.
We provide you some documentation and maps about Brussels/Belgium, please don't forget to put it back at its place for the next ones.
Good location! The host let us use his kitchen where we cooked our dinner and breakfast. The host and his girl friend gave us a lot of useful suggestion for the tuor.
This house is dirty.
Kitchen, living room and bathroom was dirty.
In the morning living room was difficult to eat. because of livingroom share mate sleep.
He did not tell me that there is a living room share mate.
The noise of the upstairs early in the morning. so difficult deep sleep.
Host was friendly, but the house is not good.
We had a bit of trouble getting the keys, as Cedric had work and had left the keys with a friend, but once we got into the flat it was great. Lots of space and the room was very nice. Far from the center of the city but near a few metro lines.
Great house. Big and in a good and quite block.
Cedric is very nice, polite, smart and always available.
The place is close to metro station and you can use it everyday and forgot your car :-).
Very good place.
Cedric is a very nice and helpful host. Me and my friend arrived pretty late on Saturday evening but still Cedric was waiting for us. And even more he helped us with booking the train tickets online to Bruges and the car back to Paris. The room was nice and transportation is easy. Would love to visit again if there's one more chance back to Brussels.
Cedric was very helpful and showed us around and gave some great advice on how to get around and where to go. We enjoyed our stay although the beds where a bit uncomfy - it was fine for the night we where there. Cedric offered us dinner and made us feel at home. Thanks.
I am a french guy and I live in Belgium since now 5 years, I am working as a data analyst, I want to meet new people, and I'm pretty open-minded.
Travel is my passion, I've placed my foot over each continent except antartic and south america... yet ;) However, I'm still eager to meet people from other countries, to learn different cultures, make them discover my world and simply help them enjoying their stay in Brussels.
I mostly adapt to the person whoever in front of me, whether it's a calm, quiet person, or more talkative people that we can talk all night with, but I am not intrusive into guest's lifes.
I hope you will enjoy hosting or beeing hosted because that's why airBNB is made for isn't it?
Don't hesitate to contact for more questions, or even to have some more information about the city you want to visit, even if you are not coming at our place, I'd enjoy to help you.
