I found Monica's apartment very similar to advertised. It was small and nice. Great location. Her neighbor let us in at a time convenient for us. But I had two LARGE issues. One was that there was no toilet paper left. I mean that is basic human decency if someone is staying at your place. Also the towels were old and gross. It was just me and my sister but there was only one and it was barely usable. If Monica would spend 20 euro on towels and toilet paper this would be a 5 star review.

Great location! Had to call to find apartment but reached Monica easily. Apt is small but fine for one or two people for a short stay.

Very cute. Very secure. Close to subway and bus stop. Not loud at night. Second door very hard to open. Staircase is very narrow. The lighting in the pictures makes the place appear bigger online in my opinion. But it was wonderfully cozy. There are some rules behind the bathroom door that I think should be put somewhere more obvious. Thanks!

The positives of this apartment are the location and the quick check in. The hosts were great about letting us check in early and the apartment is right around the corner from a metro stop which made getting around the city very easy. There was also a great breakfast restaurant about two blocks up called La Zanzara that we went to most mornings. It was also open for lunch and dinner but we never went at those times. Unfortunately the apartment was not as clean during our stay. Dust on the floor, ash on the side table and the sink was not wiped off, no other guests seemed to experience this so it was probably just a fluke. We also had to empty an air conditioning basin which we were unaware we had the responsibility of doing. Not that much of an inconvenience, but something you don't really want to do on your vacation. The towels, as mentioned in a previous review were unusable. I hope they will take our reviews into account and get new towels. To end on a good note, the apartment had a lot of character and was reminiscent of the era it was built.

Very local yet not in the caos that Rome can be at times. great with southern Italian food just down the street .... it's cuisine is from the Naples region ..... excellent especially for those who love to eat lots of assorted vegetables. ...... Monica was not there but the neighbor took care of everything professionally!!!!! Fantastic !!! Alberto

The location is perfect. The communication was great. The pictures are very deceiving. The apartment is old and It's a VERY small space. The towels were extremely old. Over all our stay was fine but I'm glad it was only one night.
