5. Enjoy what this cool neighbourhood has to offer!
Staying at Sandra's place was great! She was a really welcoming host, offering chocolate and water when I arrived knowing my trip was long and tiring!
Her place was exactly as advertised, and a peaceful and lovely place to stay. I loved the neighbourhood and walking in it at night was quite nice, especially near Manitoba St.
Close to buses as well and an easy trip to downtown by transit.
Wish I could have stayed longer! I hope to be back sometime (:
Sandra's condo was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as described and the location was ideal. It felt just like home. Sandra's recommendations for nearby restaurants and coffee shops were spot on. We loved JJ Bean and enjoyed what the shops had to offer.
This modern condo was gorgeous, bright, airy, clean and very comfortable. It really was just like the the photos with everything you needed right there for you and some extra touches as well. It was in an excellent location, a quiet, safe street close to Main Street where there are vibrant bars and some really nice restaurants as well as some lovely independent shops. Access to downtown and trendy Gas Town is easy on the local bus. However you could easily stay just in the local neighbourhood and find everything you need. Sandra was a great host made us feel very welcome, we would definitely recommend her condo as a great place to stay in Vancouver.
This was a really nice, clean, comfortable apartment and our stay was great. The place is just a good looking as the pictures suggest. Location is great, short bus/metro/taxi ride into the centre and it's amazingly quiet at night (we were there in very hot July temps with windows open). Oh and the coffee grinder and espresso machine were a nice touch to get me through the jet lag!
Sandra was extremely accommodating and secured our booking at short notice, we also had some last minute issues getting back from Whistler which pushed our checkin a bit later than expected but everything was sorted with her via text which was fantastic.
Great way to start our airbnb adventures. Could not have gone better. Thanks!
Our stay at Ellis was great!
Communication with Elli was easy, the condo is just as described and the neighborhood was pleasant. Also everything was clean and the overall experience was pleasant! A comprehensive guide gave us a smooth start into our staff. I would deeply recommend staying at this place.
As always, Sandra's place is perfect, will continue to stay there whenever possible!
Sandras Condo was perfect for our stay in Vancouver - very clean, bright and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was as described and in excellent condition. Many nice food spots in the area (Vegetarians as well as omnivores should try "Meet on Main", it's a short bus drive outbound, but the burgers are worth it ;) ).

About the Host, Sandra
I'm a farm-raised city girl living in Vancouver for over 23 years. I love to eat, play, travel and go wine tasting at home and when traveling. Getting to know the locals is what I'm about, so I love helping folks visiting my city on places to go and eat. I'm a very clean person (yes, I live this clean) and love to laugh. I also love playing and learning new sports and activities. My latest interests are playing golf, ice hockey, tennis and snowboarding.
I have traveled to Italy, Greece, Turkey, Costa Rica, NYC, California and did London, UK in 12 hours -- Heathrow to Heathrow :)
I have a long list of places yet to visit, and as a traveller I don't plan very far in advance. I've met many wonderful people as an AirBnB host and while travelling and look forward to many more adventures!
