Convenient for the city centre , close to Haymarket Station , and on an excellent bus route . Lots of local pubs and restaurants close by , as well as two supermarkets. A local TESCO for any items you have forgotton.
Ideal for travelers to the city .
Please note that I need you to let me know the total number of guests including CHILDREN. Any hidden guests will be charged on arrival. And this may affect my insurance cover.
The flat is directly opposite the Edinburgh Conference Centre .
WI FI AVAILABLE a small additional charge of £10.00 for 48hrs will be charged on arrival.
There are two very comfortable double bedrooms , a guest toilet and a luxury shower room, with a power shower . A free-view TV , and a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher . All linen is provided , as well as many other items , including washing up liquid and toilet soaps and cleaning materials for your convenience . Tea & Coffee.
This is a great base for your Edinburgh Holiday or your Business Accomodation.
Parking if you have a car is at the Local NCP Car Park in either Semple Street or at Morrison Link. Please locate this information on line. Edinburgh has an excellent public bus service and also lots of local Taxies, so a car is not realy necessary. If you want to travel out of the city the train service is excellent and so is the intercity bus link. Day trip can be arranged as well by using one of the many tour services.
Check in after 2pm unless agreed. And check out by 10.30am
Luggage can be left at Waverly Station left luggage.
If you are traveling from the North of Scotland the closest train station is Haymarket.

Lots of local Restaurants and pubs and cafes in the area. Ideal location to most Festival Venues. Close to the rams and busses. A 10 min walk into the City.

Transport from the Airport is even easier now. You can get a Tram from the Airport to Haymarket. A five minute walk from the apartment.

THE PROPERTY: You agree to:
a) treat the property with care and consideration and report any breakages and damage to us as soon as possible.
In particular you agree not to smoke at all anywhere in the building.
b)Ensure that no member of your party behaves in a manner likely to cause damage to the property or its contents or cause offence or distress to others.
c Leave the property clean and tidy at the end of the rental period.
d. Please put out the bin bags into the bins across the road on departure.
e. The master shower room toilet has a macerator function. Please do not dispose of ANY SANITORY ITEMS except toilet paper in the toilet.
f. When cooking please turn on the extractor fan located behind the Microwave and
close the kitchen door to prevent the smoke alarm going off.
g.Please ensure all electrical items are turned off before you leave.
h.) No pets please.

Very nice and comfortable for four people and Lyn and Her husband helped get us situated in the flat. Be advised there are a lot of stairs to the flat and look for Morrison Street parking never saw Haymearket parking driving.
We met Lyn at the flat as arranged, really good location and comfy flat. Very clean and plenty of space. 2 double bedrooms 1 bathroom with a spacious shower and also a separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn't cook whilst there. Definitely a good choice! :)
The flat was in a great location. Good sized flat, clean with excellent amenities. Lyn was also very nice.
Lyn's apartment was a perfect size for four of us (two couples) to stay in. It had a well-equipped kitchen, separate lounge area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It was well-located, easy walking distance from the castle and the town centre with many restaurants and bars. I would recommend Lyn's apartment, and would return there to stay again in the future.
We loved our stay at Lyn's flat in Edinburgh. The space was lovely, roomy for three,and located perfectly for getting to know the city, close to buses and trains for a day out of town, and excellent for taking in the Fringe but being slightly removed from the crowds, Lots of great spots for coffee or lunch nearby (we didn't explore for dinner as we mostly made our own and grocery shops were nearby). Lyn is a very accommodating and friendly host. Thanks so much, Lyn!!

We have a ground floor flat in the heart of Edinburgh, on excellent bus routes. Direct links to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and the City. Lots of good restarants close by.
We have a spare room that we feel would benefit travellers, or folk on business, who don't want to stay in a hotel. This is a short term let and not suitable for long lets.This offer is a room only.
The room is a comfortable double, with your own shower room and WC.
We have a mad collie so you would have to like dogs.
