This home is on a quarter acer in a small old establish neighborhood. Plenty of parking for your Boat, RV, Water equipment and Snow toys. Fenced in parking as well as street parking.

This is the perfect place for the true NW experience!

No central A/C- but there is a windiw unit and a portable airconditioner during summer months. Also plenty of fans year round to keep it circulating & cool.

Guest access
Easy entry and exit with lock box at from door. You have full permission to the entire home aside from the garage.

Other things to note
Neighborhood setting* Please be aware of what an old country town is like as you are in the woods away from the city. Area is mixed of residential homes and trailer lifestyle. If you can accept and look aside from that, this is the perfect place for you to stay! Jump in the hot tub and relax or stay warm and cozy by the fireplace.

No furnace- but plenty of fans and portable 3 A/C to keep it cool and circulated during the hot summer months!
