The peaceful Mahayana property is centrally located in Tulum’s vibrant beach area next to Lula Yoga Wellness and Fitness studio and just a short stroll from acclaimed restaurants such as Arca, Hartwood, and Gitano.
Your stay includes private shaded palapas, beach loungers, a property seaside pool, and daybeds directly by the sea, along with complimentary use of boogie boards, stand-up paddleboards, and sea kayaks for effortless days on the water.

Casa Bonita is located on our Mahayana Tulum property and offers 24-hour electricity and high-speed fiber-optic WiFi, among the most reliable in the area.
Mahayana Tulum is a peaceful, secure, guest-only beachfront property. For everyone’s comfort and privacy, outside guests and vendors are not permitted. Our friendly team is happy to assist with airport transfers, excursions, private chefs, and in-villa massage services upon request.
The home is located next to Lula Yoga and just steps from some of Tulum’s most celebrated restaurants, including Arca, La Zebra, and Hartwood.
Please note that sargassum seaweed is a natural, seasonal occurrence, typically more present during the summer months. Our grounds team rakes the beach and property daily; however, sea conditions can vary and are beyond our control.
From May through November, sea turtles nest along the beach in front of the property. You may see marked nests or baby turtles making their journey to the sea. We kindly ask guests to observe quietly and with care—we are fortunate to share this special place with them.

Our house is located on a spectacular beach with soft white sand and clear water. The sea is great for swimming and playing in the waves. There are many great restaurants and yoga studios within walking distance - La Zebra, Sanara, Hartwood, and Arca... to name a few.

A walk along the beach when the moon is full is amazing, so is the sunrise if you get up early!

Our homes are directly on the beach in the boutique hotel area of Tulum - the most desirable location in the area. Immerse in the sounds of the sea and walk to explore. Tulum is one of my favourite places. The soft white sand beach, turquoise sea, and creative atmosphere make it easy to relax and connect. Yoga studios, spas, kite boarding spots, and fabulous restaurants are steps away from your private seaside paradise.
