BIG BEAR INFO:

Big Bear is an amazing place to vacation. Mountains, pine trees, and of course, our fantastic Big Bear Lake. You can water ski, fish, swim, or kayak. Rent a boat for a great day in the sun.

The winter in Big Bear is like no other. With two ski resorts right in town, you won't be bored. Ski and snowboard to your heart's content.

And then there is the Big Bear Alpine Zoo. This is a must-see when in town.

Have you been to the Big Bear Village? Such cute shops and restaurants.

A starter pack of extras are included. If you are staying more than 2 nights, you may need to bring more:
Toilet paper, Paper towels, Dish soap, Trash bags

Your credit card/security deposit will be charged for the following:
Any damages or missing items.
Unauthorized animals / pet waste.
If you are evicted for violations, you forfeit all money paid. No refund for an early departure or a no show.
No refund will be made due to power outages or malfunctions with TVs, internet service, hot tub or other equipment and appliances, or for the sighting of insects or other animals.
We do not refund due to weather or road conditions or other acts of nature.
Always carry chains in the winter months.
Per the City of Big Bear Lake: Hot tub use is only allowed from 8am to 10pm.

Note: The City of Big Bear Lake requires that the person making the reservation sign their Good Neighbor Policy before checking in to a rental home. Once booked, we will ask you for your email address, so that this requirement can be carried out. Let us know if you have any questions about this.
