Modern Little Farmhouse – is a holiday home located on a farm in North Brabant , in Nistelrode to be exact. The wooden stylish cottage is located in the middle of nature with a view of the woods!

The space
Modern Little Farmhouse is a Scandinavian decorated cottage and has all the comforts. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Even in winter, you are well insulated with us, and you keep it warm. Outside you can build your own campfire and hug with rabbits, our pig Lou Lou and the cute silk chickens. The chickens lay an egg every day before you can take it out on your own. There is a lot of freedom, located on a large lawn and overlooking a forest. Swing, go-karts, picnic house, games, a guide with to do's in the area. Our 5-seat hot tub can be booked as an additional option. You have to light the hot tub yourself and fill it with water. The price is €65 per day including our own selected wood. (2 to 3 hours hot firing for 39 degrees : )
Visits for daytime guests are welcome.

Village is not large but all necessary shops are within a radius of 2.5 kilometers. Close to big places like Uden, Oss, Nijmegen, Eindhoven and Den Bosch.
