Just perfect for couples get away, this house boat has lots of space. Located on Watson Bayou just 1 mile from Downtown PC, 10 mins to the beaches "Like living in the Park in the middle of town!" Located on private property so you don't have any other boats around, lots of privacy. This is NOT a resort like accommodation: like an Airstream on the water it is a super clean, very comfy, beautiful waterfront experience! AC, mini kitchen, icemaker, queen bed, full shower. Outdoor seating and BBQ.

Very quiet area with just 11 holmes on the street. All individually owned tucked back on Watson Bayou. Each home sets on at least a 1/4 of an acre and owns the waterfront across the Street from there home. My home is on almost a whole acre and sits across the street ( up on a little hill) from the house boat on the lot across the street. That is why I ask you to park to the right so that you do NOT block my view of the waterfront:)
