Apartment of 70 m2 completely renovated in the district of the Eiffel Tower / Bir-Hakeim, very lively and 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Ideal for families, couples, friends or business trips.
You will find: two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC and a superb balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Sacré Coeur (Montmartre).

The space
In the Eiffel Tower/Bir-Hakeim district, close to all amenities, the metro (less than 100 meters away) and a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It is equipped to accommodate 6 people. It is located on the 10th floor, with elevator (2 elevators). A nice balcony will allow you to enjoy the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and the Sacré Coeur (Montmartre).
The apartment is at your entire disposal, it is arranged on one level and is composed as follows:
• Living room: flat-screen TV (cable/satellite/Netflix), comfortable sofa bed (160x200 cm), dining area, coffee table, armchairs.
