Designed to bring big families and groups of friends together, this five-bedroom home can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. All the bedrooms have a similar design: a mostly white space accented with locally inspired artwork, high-end mattresses, name-brand linens, hardwood floors, and large windows that allow for lots of sunlight.
Four bedrooms have King-size beds, and the fifth bedroom has three twin beds.

This home offers two full bathrooms. The first is an extension of the master bedroom and features an open concept layout that makes it easy for two guests to use the space. The sunny bathroom has two vanities, and a walk-in shower with rain shower features. The toilet and shower are separated from the vanity for added privacy.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets, and drawers packed with kitchen gadgets. So many different cooking amenities to list. FULLY STOCKED! Crockpot, servingware & many other cooking items so you can prepare your favorite home cooked meals together.
Simple designer touches like floating shelves provide extra storage while keeping the kitchen open, and essentials like a toaster, crockpot, blender, and coffee pot make it easy to cook as you do at home. The eat-in kitchen has a round table and four seats right in the middle, inviting you to enjoy coffee in the morning and plan your adventures for the day.
Serve homemade feasts, or order takeout and sit together at the sunny dining room table and enjoy good food and great conversation. The long rectangular table has seating for eight.

The outside space is what really sets this vacation rental apart from other options in Scottsdale. The recently renovated backyard (2022) offers a resort-style experience right at home. It is complete with a sparkling pool, high-end lounge furniture, a mini-golf course, a fire pit, yard games, and multiple lounge areas.
The shady lanai is a perfect hangout by the pool and has comfortable outdoor couches, a flat-screen TV, and a bar. If you want to eat, read, or nap in the shade, this is just the spot. Those who want to work on their tan can use the loungers around the pool deck while getting a front-row seat for all the pool activities. The wicker egg chairs are another comfortable way to enjoy the pool views.
For a change of pace, grab a club and some golf balls and challenge a family member to a game of mini-golf right in your own backyard.
After all the activities on the putting green and pool, throw your favorite meats and veggies on the grill and enjoy a backyard barbecue, or get the cocktails flowing and enjoy them around the fire pit as the sun goes down.

*Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September.
*Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays.
