Located right in front of Laurier Park, you will love my 1921 apartment with high ceilings and crown mouldings. Conveniently located a 3 minute walk to Laurier subway station you are also 2 minutes away from the wonderful shops of Laurier street (best sushi, best breakfast in town, amazing gourmet shop, dry cleaner, drugstore, grocery shop, spas...) yet because I am in front of the park in an old building the apt is super quiet!
Fully equipped kitchen, claw-foot tub and shower, front and back balcony. Towels and linen provided.
There is no TV or microwave, however the high-speed WiFi and 24' screen and speakers to connect to your laptop should give the flexible entertainment you want!
If you are arriving by car, parking is very easy and often right at the door.
There are Bixi bikes steps away to take you the four corners of the city.
Just bring some clothes and a toothbrush and enjoy all that Montréal has to offer!
Very convenient to get around, either bixi bike, subway, bus and walking to downtown is 25 mins and to Old Montreal is 40 mins.
Nathalie was a great host. Her place comfortably fit two people, was very clean, had good wifi, and she was very responsive. She even gave us recommendations for neighborhood eats and provided towels and soap which was a nice touch. We cooked one meal at home and she has a fully equipped kitchen (except no microwave). We loved the area and found it very convenient to access the city (subway stop about five minutes or less away). Parking was extremely easy to find on the road side.
Nathalie was an amazing host! She responded to us immediately and was able to have us stay at her place very last minute. Her place is very clean, welcoming and in a great location. We couldn't have stayed at a better place. We had an absolutely great time!
This apartment's location is perfect. Across from a lovely park, close to the Métro station, close to a wonderful little street of exquisite food shops (cheese shops, bakeries, butchers), cafés (Les entretiens), restaurants (Byblos, Pyrus Bistro). If good food is important to you, this is the perfect place to stay. The apartment has a big old-fashioned kitchen/dining room with a little balcony facing the back.
L'appartement est calme, situé devant un très beau parc. Il est idéalement placé pour visiter la ville. J'y ai passé un agréable séjour.
Comfortable, quiet, homely flat in pleasant, friendly, suburban neighbourhood.Nathalie makes you feel at home.Close to metro, park & supermarket.I would recommend this flat to anyone wanting to explore Montreal & immerse yourself in the local lifestyle:much better than a hotel!
Nathalie was a joy to deal with. The space is clean, well stocked, and really enjoyable. The location in the Plateau and across from the Parc is ideal. I would recommend this space to anyone.
Nathalie's apartment on Avenue Laurier beside the park was just right for us on a first visit to Montreal. It has a great deal of character with the typical attractive old architecture of the Plateau. Parking was easy, the metro convenient, big grocery and restaurants nearby. The apartment is comfortable, well organized and homey. Nathalie herself was always helpful and responsive. We love to walk and found this neighborhood to be ideal: not touristy but local and convenient to several major streets full of all Montreal's great international flavor. Easy metro or great walk to the Old Port. and Old Montreal. Parc Mont Royal is a heart-winner. If you are a first time visitor, study a map in advance to plan your outings and Montreal, although sizeable, is easy to get around and has a fascinating culture. Nathalie is a super host who can advise in any way.
Nice appartment, well located, close to Metro, restaurants and shops. It also has a small balcony at the back. I would certainly stay there again!
We loved Nathalie's 2nd floor apartment across from the park. Her place has just the right amount of room for two, is tastefully decorated and neat as a pin. The neighborhood is quiet, family oriented and has an amazing bakery, cheese shop and coffee shop just two blocks away! Even though it is a bit north of downtown, it is easy to get everywhere, just watch the one way streets! Bixbi bike rentals are in 2 locations close to her place and getting around is easy with bike lanes on most roads.Nathalie was great about getting in touch with me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Nathalie and her space.
We had a wonderful time in Montreal, not the lease because of our stay at Nathalie's. The 72 hour ride anywhere pass for the Metro and buses made it easy to get around. And in spite of visiting many other neighborhoods, we found ourselves coming back to Laurier Street for all our meals ... the restaurant choices were outstanding. We even found time to sit and read in the park. Thanks, Nathalie!
