The space

(Il me fera plaisir de communiquer avec vous en français o en espanol)

Located right in front of Laurier Park, you will love my 1921 apartment with high ceilings and crown mouldings. Conveniently located a 3 minute walk to Laurier subway station you are also 2 minutes away from the wonderful shops of Laurier street (best sushi, best breakfast in town, amazing gourmet shop, dry cleaner, drugstore, grocery shop, spas...) yet because I am in front of the park in an old building the apt is super quiet!

We will be sharing the apartment, you will have access to the livingroom where a super comfortable couch or double-futon awaits you with limited storage. Perfect for the week-end and be centrally located to enjoy the best of Montreal.

You are also welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, claw-foot tub and shower, front and back balcony. Towels and linen provided.

There is no TV or microwave, however the high-speed WiFi and 24' screen and speakers to connect to your laptop should give the flexible entertainment you want!

If you are arriving by car, parking is very easy and often right at the door.

There are Bixi bikes steps away to take you the four corners of the city.

Just bring some clothes and a toothbrush and enjoy all that Montréal has to offer!

Getting around

Very convenient to get around, either bixi bike, subway, bus and walking to downtown is 25 mins and to Old Montreal is 40 mins.

I know the neighborhood well, and it's a great one for walking to small shops and getting the great vibe from Laurier Park. The post it notes everywhere were useful. A better coffee making situation would be welcome: there was only a rusted out expresso pot. Otherwise, it's a great apartment, high ceilings, comfortable bed, lovely to come home to because it felt like home. Clean and nicely decorated.

Cute little place, in a great area of Montreal. Having the park across the street and a balcony to chill out on was fantastic. Nathalie was a great host, too. She had everything from brochures for places to go and post-its to let us know where to find everything we needed. And it was all accompanied with instructions on where to get the key and any other info one could possibly need. If you like to cook while on vacay, just know that the kitchen is huge and a great place to make and eat a meal. The only thing that was a little bit odd was the layout of the bathroom (which obviously isn't her fault) and the water pressure from the shower. I found it to be a little awkward getting in and out of it, but overall the apartment was great and would definitely come back to the Plateau!

We had a very nice stay at Nathalie's apartment. It was very clean and well-organized; it had a very pleasant atmosphere. The photos were very representative of the apartment. We enjoyed the neighborhood with its lovely park across the street. There were great cafes, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. An added benefit is that the Laurier Metro stop is about a five-minute walk. A very positive experience.

We had a great stay at Natalie’s one bedroom condo. We liked décor and both balconies. Condo was very comfortable, clean and well located. Check in and out was very easy. The place does not come with parking spot but we had no problem finding a parking on the street just in front of the building (watch for signs with restricted parking on Mon & Thurs., you need to move your car between 8-9am for cleaning). Nathalie was available when we needed. We would rent this place again.

We loved the location of Nathalie's place in Montreal! We rented a car but didn't need to use it at all because everything is so close - cafes, restaraunts, pubs and shops. What's also great about the apartment is that it is not in the touristy area so it's quiet, authentic and still conveniently located. Nathalie was very responsive and organized. She provided all the necessary instructions on how to use the amenities in the apartment in details, and was avaialble to answer additional questions we had while we were there. We highly recommend Nathalie's place to other visitors looking for place to stay in Montreal!

Nathalie was a great host. Her place comfortably fit two people, was very clean, had good wifi, and she was very responsive. She even gave us recommendations for neighborhood eats and provided towels and soap which was a nice touch. We cooked one meal at home and she has a fully equipped kitchen (except no microwave). We loved the area and found it very convenient to access the city (subway stop about five minutes or less away). Parking was extremely easy to find on the road side.

We visited Montreal for the Grand Prix weekend and Nathalie’s place was the perfect choice for our stay. The apartment is truly charming and cozy, very clean and comfortable, located minutes from the Laurier metro station, wonderful shops and restaurants in the Plateau. Even though our main objective was the Formula 1 race, because of the apartment’s strategic location, we got to enjoy all the wonderful things Montreal has to offer. Thank you Nathalie for making this whole process so seamless and enjoyable, you made us feel at home in your lovely abode!
