The space
The Cubby is approx 550 sq ft. The building shares a roof with another unit. The Cubby cabin does not share any walls with the other unit. The Cubby has a private fenced in patio that you will have full access to and a fire-pit area to the left of the building.

The property is in a very rural location with some quiet neighbors living across from the cabin. There is a driveway between the cabin and our neighbors, cars occasionally go down the driveway. The neighbors have dogs and sometimes let them out during the day, they are friendly and may say hello briefly.
