This three-bedroom, two-bath home offers privacy and lakefront relaxation. The master suite is located upstairs, featuring a comfortable king bed, full master bath, and beautiful lake views from the main living area.

Downstairs, two private bedrooms and a shared bathroom are accessible by an exterior entrance—ideal for families with older kids, friends, or couples seeking both togetherness and privacy during their stay.

Location
Conveniently located near downtown Hot Springs National Park, local restaurants, and Garvan Woodland Gardens. Guests enjoy direct lake access while remaining close to the area's top attractions and natural beauty.

House Rules
• Pets allowed – we welcome one well-behaved, house-trained dog (additional $60 cleaning fee).
• Events not allowed.
• Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes not allowed.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Commercial photography and filming permitted.
• Maximum number of guests: 6.
• Check-in: 3:00 PM (flexible) | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Swimming off the dock is at your own risk (no lifeguards).
• Guest assumes full responsibility for the safety of all occupants, including children, and agrees to hold homeowner harmless for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property or in the lake area.

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including both the upper and lower levels (accessed externally).

Your stay includes:

* The entire interior space.
* A spacious outdoor deck complete with outdoor seating and a grill.
* Use of the shared dock for mooring your boat during your stay.
* Dedicated on-site parking for your convenience.

Other things to note
**Accessibility:** Please be aware that the lower level, which contains two bedrooms and a bathroom, is only accessible via a separate exterior entrance.

**Safety:** For your security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. Swimming off the dock is at your own risk, as there are no lifeguards on duty. Guests assume full responsibility for the safety of all occupants and agree to hold the homeowner harmless for any accidents or injuries.

**Seasonal Lake Levels:** Lake Hamilton's water levels are seasonally lowered by the utility company from approximately late October through early March. This may affect water access from the dock during this period.

**Pet Friendly:** We allow one well-behaved, house trained dog for a one-time additional $60 pet cleaning fee.
