Welcome to Rome!
In my house you can do whatever you want if you respect people's freedom. In my apt you can use everything you find, laundry computer, microwave, and you can organize your room as you prefere. If you need a table or you want to move beds you can. I allow smoking but I usually ask to smoke in the kitchen if possible. Every friend and guest is welcome in my home, I like when my guests can socialize between them and I usually I try to let people know and talk them about their trips experience.
I and my husband were visiting Rome because of the tennis tournament there. The location is perfect for this purpose -you are just 10 minutes away walking from the Foro Italico entrance.
There are just few restaurants in the area - it's not really a touristic place. The two food shops are located near the house - one of them is open 24 hours. In the other shop was possible to buy home made italian food - like lasagne - cheap and more delicious than in a restaurant.
The district is quiet and very safe.
The apartment itself is also quiet. Our room was named the blue room. The window is at the garden side, so you hear nothing on the street.
In the apartment is the good equipped kitchen, bathroom with hair drier.

It was excellent holidays.
Our stay with Emanuele was great.
Everything worked out perfectly we were greated by the door and Rienne was always around with helpful tips for discovering Rome. The entire place was clean and friendly with a nice kitchen to hang out in if you want. We were out and about a lot, but it was always nice coming back to Owl's nest. We stayed for 4 nights the location of the flat is nice and residential, there is a supermarket close by and some restaurants as well.
Thanks for the great stay!
Wonderful place to stay!!! I would go back any time I go to Rome, great location and beautiful room with everything we could need.
Nice shared apartament. Clean, nice concept - blue and orange rooms (breakfast for each room seperately in the fridge). Nice idea about wine corner, where you can choose some good classic italian wine and just leave money in the box on the table :)
Good location, near Vatican, we were on beach volleyball grand slam tournament in Olimpic Stadium, which was 10 minutes walking from apartament. Great location for people who want to be further from masses of tourists
Free WiFi, which is so rare thing in Italy! :)
