Located in a historic building, Dandi Domus boasts a modern and spacious room for two people with free Wi-Fi. We are located above the metro station Vittorio Emanuele. The room has air conditioning, private bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer and safe. Breakfast is served in a bar nearby.
Its central position allows travelers to easily visit the city center without having to take any kind of transportation, because most monuments and churches are within walking distance.
Many types of transportation are although available, especially the metro.
It is very easy to get here from both airports, Fiumicino and Ciampino. We offer no request, at very special rate, pick-up and transfers from and to the airports.
The Termini train station, which is a 10 minute walk, or one metro stop away (Metro Line A Vittorio Emanuele stop). The Leonardo express train from Fiumicino airport drops you off at the secondary exit of the train station, which is just a 5 minute walk from us.
The area is full of nice restaurants and outlets for some shopping.

We arrived after a short walk from termini station at about 10 and someone was there to meet us and showed us the room, where everything is and helped orientate us by giving us a map. The room is in an amazingly central location to all the attraction, 1 minute from the metro and plenty of relatively cheap food options (not tourist gauging) nearby. Our only gripe was that there was no sufficient curtain on the internal wall allowing other rooms on our level and above direct view into our room, ( if they purposefully looked) didn't bother us but it could others. There has been one but I think it had broken recently before our visit. Overall tho fantastic value for the price and we would recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome on a budget!
Pros: The rooms have amazing air conditioning which is crucial in Rome in July and the location of the place is amazing with a close walk to coliseum, etc. Also, Ornella gave us a ton of good info when we arrived and a map of Rome. The rooms are cleaned daily, too which is nice.
Cons: When we arrived we were put in a nice large room (though the bathroom as kind of dirty/gross) which faced the street but we were told we had to move the next day to another room which turned out to be much smaller and faced the inside of the building. However, she did give us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience which definitely helped. Another bad thing is the towels are not replaced everyday (it was either every other day or every 3 days). Also, the towels all smell gross (like vinegar).
Overall: The host and the rooms were satisfactory and a great value. I would stay here again! Also, given the air conditioning was amazing, I would highly recommend Dandi Domus to any Rome air bnb traveler.
Room was adequate, everything you need, good aircon and breakfast close by. The lady who met us on arrival was extremely helpful.
i stay 2 days in the room. it was very happy and comfortable. mara is very kind and helpful. if i visited later so i book the this room too.
It's pretty close to Collesom (walking distance) When you get there Mara gives you a map and tells you where to go see and eat. Except for the noise (in the corridor) it's a nice place to stay. Don't forget to have icecream at Bar Cristal, where you will have breakfast, too.
Dandi Domus is located in the most ideal location one could ask for. It's about 10minutes of walking distance from Termini and Colosseum. Metro is quite near too. The morning breakfast was awesome!! The best croissant I've had!!
The best and one of the oldest Gelato place Is also near to Dandi Domus.
Dandi Domus was a fantastic place. 5 minute walk from the Colosseum. Mara was really helpful in telling us the best places to go around Rome and giving us good directions and ways to get around. Lovely room, comfy bed and free breakfast.
