We had a very warm welcome, the communication was very friendly and prompt. Everything was fine - especially the spectacular surrounding and sea view. The villa is located near to the village, you can reach it in a 5 Min walk. The apartment is nice and comfortable and fully equipped. Marcella, we´ll come back again.
We had the chance to be able to spend 3 days in September in Marcella's property. My partner and I have a very busy work schedule and we needed those 3 days to be peaceful, quiet, and somehow refill the batteries. We were in the apartment #1, with a wonderful and soothing sea view and the sound of the waves at night. There are two direct and private access to the sea from the garden and we swam and snorkel as much as we could. We were welcomed by Marcella and Argo the dog on the first night - a pack of crostini and a bottle of wine was waiting for us. Accommodation very clean, terrace perfect from breakfast to diner. In summary, if you are seeking sea, sun, simplicity, peace and warm and professional attendance, then you are at the right place.
This villa is magical. The sound of the waves you can enjoy all the day and night, just under you, is a wonderfull relaxing experience and be sure you'll miss it after leaving.
The flat is perfect, simple but clean, and very pleasant with it's terrace and bedroom just over the sea.
Marcella was nice and a very professionnal host, welcoming us with a wine bottle, and Argo is really sweet.
Unfortunatly weather was not so good during our stay, and we didn't enjoy bathing as much as we wished cause the house is exposed to wind and waves due to it's location.
However I hope we'll have the chance to come back and stay in Villa Rosetta again.
We had a great time in Villa Rosetta. The place is beautiful and you can easily spend time relaxing in the garden or on the beach. Very kids friendly. I'd also recommend exploring the island by foot or by car.
Just a few minutes of walking from the villa you'll find the marina where you can find great food sitting right by the boats (Pro tip: most places will serve snacks or finger food with drinks ordered after 18:30).
Marcella was very helpful whenever we had any question or request.
Un soggiorno splendido in una villa sul mare davvero mozzafiato! Accoglienza calorosa ricevuta dalla proprietaria Marcella, attenta e sempre disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato! :)
Porto Santo Stefano and its surroundings are spectacular and very compact for a family holiday. Getting around is easy and there is a lot of day trip locations to choose from. Very easy to spend a week in this lovely place.
Marcella and her family are great people and made us feel very much at home.
The house Villa Rosetta is really a fantastic place to stay, it is a unique opportunity for anyone who wants to feel privacy by the sea, and at the same time only a few steps away from great restaurants and the typical italian social evening with drinks or ice-cream.
We will for sure come back to this beautiful place. we loved it!!!

I am happy to open my home to guests and to share with them a quiet and relaxing place, a welcoming haven, where they can plan their visits, from which to explore the wonders of the region and to rest after long walks and hikes to explore the beautiful Italy.
I like to play sports, especially if they bring me in contact with nature such as cycling, sailing, long walks. I love animals.
For my training as a restorer of works of art I love historical places and safeguarded them with respect and attention.
My passion and my hobby is now working with old everyday objects to bring them to life and even to a different function, mixing a little card.
When I can cut the time for myself between work and family, I love to read and listen to good music.
