About this listing
Apartment in the heart of Copenhagen in quiet surroundings with elevator, gallery, bike and a roof terrace with a great view.
Very kid friendly.
Bright 3 room apartment centrally located on Nørrebro in Copenhagen. At the lively Nørrebro, this apartment with an extraordinary large courtyard is placed between the recreative area "The Lakes" and the pedestrian street Blågårdsgade.
The apartment has a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms and a large living room. One room has a very good king size bed and blackout curtains. The second room has a single bed and lots of games and movies that can entertain children. This room also has blackouts. Besides, there are two extra mattresses available.
The property dates from 1900 but has been modernized with a gallery and a roof terrace 10 years ago. Just outside the front door is a small dining area and further down the gallery there is a larger table that is common to all on the floor - also you!. The Roof terrace is common for the whole building, but most likely you can have it to yourself, as most prefer to hang out in the green backyard where there are lots of cozy areas, dining tables, a fountain and not least a fabulous playground.
The apartment, located on the third floor has cable TV, washing machine, dishwasher. If you have a small child I can arrange a suitable chair and childrens bed by appointment.
I will provide bedding and towels.
There is an elevator in the building.
One minute away you'll find The Lakes, and one minute in the other direction you'll find the attractive Blågårdsgade, with plenty of cafes, retaurants, second hand shops and food stores.
Despite its central location, one rarely hears traffic.
There are plenty of public transport options: Several bus lines, 8 minutes walk to the metro that runs to the beach and the airport. 10 minutes walk to Nørreport station that is connected to all s-train lines.
But Copenhagen is a great city for biking, and a bike comes with the apartment. Additional bikes can be rented nearby for app. 100 Dkr for 24 hours. Sometimes it's possible to borrow an extra bike of a friend of mine in exchange of a delicasy from your hometown. You have to ask in advance if you want me to check up in that.
I live in the apartment with my 9-year-old daughter and would like to rent it out when we are away, which is quite often.
If the time for checking in or out doesn't suit you, let me know. We can probaly work something else out.

I'm 47 years old. I live in Copenhagen together with my daughter and work as a school teacher.
After having some very nice experiences being an airbnb-guest, I've decided also to be a host. Hope to see you - at your place or mine.
