Me and my girlfriend really liked the stay in Maud's! She was very friendly and responsive, the apartment is comfortable and exactly as on the pictures. It is quite small, but you have everything needed and there is a lot of space even if you want to dance:).
There is no washing machine and ironing, but two laundries just across the street. Metro is 1 minute away, so no problem even if you coming back at night! Also, shops and restaurants around.
Thanks to Maud for lovely stay for a good price, I would totally recommend staying at the apartment!
I didn't get to meet Maud personally but her mum and dad were there to let me in and give me the keys. Her mum brought me tea and water which I thought was really sweet and when there were problems with the internet, her mum came round in the evening and helped sort it out for me.
The room itself is very small but as I was mainly using it as a place to stay at night, it was fine. Personally, I think it's better suited to just one person. Location wise, it was a couple of minutes away from the Metro which was perfect - especially when you're tired from walking around all day!
I used the kitchen to cook my breakfast and dinner. There wasn't a kettle which was a shame - being British, I needed my tea! - but the hobs work fine and there is a fridge to store things. There is a supermarket only 5 minutes down the road which stocks everything as well so I bought my amenities from there.
I really liked Maud's flat and would consider staying here again.
The apartment is very nice, petit but very nice with nice atmosphere, the location is great since the subway is only 3 minutes walking distance. The sofa bed is really comfortable and the kitchen has everything so you can cook there all of the time. The bathroom need to be fixed a little bit but I am pretty sure Maud will fix it because she is aware of that, just the glass and the hot water. Thanks for leltting us stay!
- Maud is very nice
- The apartment was clean, and you don't have to clean it when you leave :)
- Very small!
- I could not straight sit on the toilet, pretty annoying (I am 2m tall though)
- No completely closing shower screen, made the bathroom soaking wet every time (maybe she is going to fix this?)
- Very small towels
This apartment was very cute and close to a few bakeries and markets which allowed us to have fresh baguettes on most mornings! It is also a very safe area to jog in (and there is a beautiful park nearby). The apartment itself is very close to the Telegraphe station but it does take a little while to commute to the city so do account for it in your travels!
Maud was a lovely host and was very helpful when we were trying to locate some mailed items.
Wonderful house!!! Maud is very kind and helpful. I was been in Paris for work and the house is very comfortable, because i've find it clean and handy because is very near to the metro. If i will return in Paris, as i hope, i will return at Maud's house.
We really like the apartment. Small, but it has everything you need for your stay in Paris. Apartment is situated close to subway, so you don't have to walk long way. In the street you have many bakeries, groceries shops and restaurants with affordable prices. Center of Paris is just 10-15 minutes away with subway.
Maud and her mother were really kind and had some tips about Paris to give us. Cute, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Really near to the subway. My friend and I enjoyed our stay over there.
Prior to arrival, Maud was very communicative answering all the questions I had. Her specfic and clear directions on how to get to her place was very helpful especially since I knew very little French. We weren't able to meet Maud, but her mom was there to greet us (even after our late check in). The apartment is quite clean with a big and comfortable sofa bed though it can get a bit cold at night. Going up and down the stairs (4th floor) is not as bad as it seems. We cooked a few times in the kitchen (had all the basic items needed). The bathroom was small (as I expected) but it was clean. The place is very close to the telegraph metro station as everyone has said (you really do need to take the metro if you want to explore the city). We loved the bakery down the road beside the telegraph metro station (great baguette sandwiches and chocolate croissants. Would definitely recommend this apartment!
We had a great time in Maud's apartment. It's in great condition and it's situated really well. Just 5 meters from it there's a great cheap indian restaurant, 2 bakeries around the corner and a supermarket. the neighbourhood is quiet and you can get used to getting on the fourth floor (BTW you will have to get used to stairs in Paris because there are just everywhere). the bed is really comfortable and big enough probably for three people. Maud also provided us with some maps and things we needed to know on our first days in Paris.
