My flat is a very clean well appointed 1 bed flat and has everyting you would expect in a home. It is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) and has loads of natural light. The bedroom has a king size bed. There is a large smart tv, bose speakers to plug in your ipod/phone and a washing machine (no dryer)
Considering the location it is quiet and the building has a resident caretaker Monday to Friday.
I don't allow smoking in my flat under any circumstances.
The nearest tube is either Green Park or Hyde Park Corner so you can get anywhere in London. Alternatevely walk 2 minutes to Hyde Park corner and get a bus to just about anywhere! There is an NCP carpark next door for those who will have a car.

My home, where i have lived for the last 10 years, is in Shephard Market, Mayfair, Central London. For me the location of this flat is unbeatable. Walk across Piccadilly and you are in Green Park leading to St James Park and Buckingham Palace. Walk across Park Lane into Hyde Park leading to Harrods and Kensington Palace. 5/10 walk and you can be in Oxford Street/Regent Street for some shopping or Soho and Covent Garden for theatres, restaurants and bars.
The market itself is a small part pedestrianised area with many cafes, restaurants and pubs. It has something for everyone from a simple cafe, French, Lebanese, Turkish, Indian restaurants and the newly opened LouLou's club at 5 Hertford Street.
For those who like films there is Curzon Mayfair cinema 50 metres away.

As a regular guest at Martin's perfectly located apartment, we have again enjoyed 4 nights of serenity. The apartment is so well set out and appointed and Martin has again proven to be a perfect host - considerate to our needs, being flexible when our plans changed and presenting the apartment in perfect condition. Martin was the perfect host, and his apartment was exactly as described. Very nice condition and a perfect location. Martin even helped us up the stairs with our baggage and gave us recommendations around town. We couldn't have been happier with our experience!
Martin was a great host. He met us at the apartment and had recommendations for things to check out and places to eat. The flat is in a great location, very close to sights and restaurants. Great walking/people watching in every direction. Also close to the tube for easy access to other areas of the city. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.
This was our first Airbnb experience and it was AMAZING!!! Martin was the perfect host, he sent us out Tube passes before we arrived, meet us at the Tube when we arrived and walked us to the apartment and helped with the luggage up the stairs. He even booked a massage for me after I ran the London Marathon- we could not have been more grateful for his help and advice. The apartment itself was exactly as described- it was beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location within walking distance to alot of sights and so close to Green Park tube station.
We would definitely stay here again.

Communication with Martin prior and during our stay was excellent, he took care of everything. The flat itself was spotless and very comfortable for 2 persons. We really liked staying in Martin's flat and would definitely recommend staying here.

We love the location in Shepherd Market for its proximity to so many of London's attractions. Martin is a gracious host and his flat was spotless and comfortable. Martin was a great host. A great communicator and accommodated our early morning arrival and departure. Martin's place is in a great location for seeing London.
Martin's apartment was superb...great position,clean,and within walking distance of the city and most attractions.Although he was away at the time of our arrival,Martin made sure someone was there to welcome us,and he left us a lovely tin of English biscuits.
Also close to buses and the tube(Green Park station).Martin even met us on our departure day and escorted us to the tube to ensure we caught the right train to Heathrow....you'd find it hard to get a more agreeable host and home away from home.....highly recommended
