My flat is a very clean well appointed 1 bed flat and has everyting you would expect in a home. It is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) and has loads of natural light. The bedroom has a king size bed. There is a large smart tv, bose speakers to plug in your ipod/phone and a washing machine (no dryer)
Considering the location it is quiet and the building has a resident caretaker Monday to Friday.
I don't allow smoking in my flat under any circumstances.
The nearest tube is either Green Park or Hyde Park Corner so you can get anywhere in London. Alternatevely walk 2 minutes to Hyde Park corner and get a bus to just about anywhere! There is an NCP carpark next door for those who will have a car.

My home, where i have lived for the last 10 years, is in Shephard Market, Mayfair, Central London. For me the location of this flat is unbeatable. Walk across Piccadilly and you are in Green Park leading to St James Park and Buckingham Palace. Walk across Park Lane into Hyde Park leading to Harrods and Kensington Palace. 5/10 walk and you can be in Oxford Street/Regent Street for some shopping or Soho and Covent Garden for theatres, restaurants and bars.
The market itself is a small part pedestrianised area with many cafes, restaurants and pubs. It has something for everyone from a simple cafe, French, Lebanese, Turkish, Indian restaurants and the newly opened LouLou's club at 5 Hertford Street.
For those who like films there is Curzon Mayfair cinema 50 metres away.

Alternatively walk 3 minutes in the other direction to Hyde Park corner and get a bus to just about anywhere in London! There is an NCP car park next door for those who will have a car.
The only house rules that apply are no smoking and no parties. All I ask is that people treat my home with respect. Other than that just enjoy your time in a great flat, in one of the best locations, in one of the best cities in the world.
We had a wonderful time. The apartment was just as described. Nice appointments and everything was clean and organized Martin met us at the Tube station and went over all the details with us. Location is great
Martin was at the flat when I arrived and showed me everything I needed to know. He helped with some restaurant recommendations, but it was hardly necessary. One of the attributes of this location is the profusion of restaurants within 50 yards of the door. The place has easy walking access to Central London and the Green Park underground, and yet it is in a quiet, almost secluded, neighborhood; a rare combination. Comfortable spot, excellent location.
I booked this as a Christmas present for my wife so we could have a relaxing weekend in Central London. The flat and the location were perfect and all arrangements went smoothly: Martin was waiting for us on arrival, and the flat was warm, clean, welcoming, and a perfect retreat and base from which to explore London. We would certainly use it again.
The flat was the perfect place to stay. The flat is just as nice as the pictures. It is very cozy and comfortable. Quiet and in the best location to get around London, either by the tube or walking. Martin was nice enough to carry our luggage up to the flat. It had every thing anyone could possibly need. It was so bright and sunny with the large windows. We will recommend it to all our friends. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to London.
As a regular guest at Martin's perfectly located apartment, we have again enjoyed 4 nights of serenity. The apartment is so well set out and appointed and Martin has again proven to be a perfect host - considerate to our needs, being flexible when our plans changed and presenting the apartment in perfect condition.
