This is my full time recreational room and is listed for short term guests in HK who require economical down to earth simple living in busy and expensive CB.
This is a simple living solution with the privacy and luxury of a private room but there is no bed provided however there will be ample bedding.
About the Apartment:
You will be sharing this apartment with me and others although I am mostly outside on the streets of HK with my daily activities and at times I am out of HK too...
About Causeway Bay:
Causeway Bay or "Tung Lo Wan" is one of Hong Kong's major shopping and dining districts. It includes Sogo (where you will find all world brands placed side by side conveniently) and Times Square, a massive integrated shopping and dining complex.
There are also adjacent malls such as the World Trade Centre, Windsor House, Hang Lung Centre, Fashion Island, Fashion Walk, and Lee Gardens, which is located within a 5 min walking radius directly from my apartment building.
You would be just minutes away from all these major attractions!
Causeway Bay is one of the most crowded areas in Hong Kong and contains many trendy shops carrying both locally made fashion and varied products from Japan, Europe and the United States. As such, it is a popular social spot for young people.
Many shops are open until well after midnight.
The neighbourhood is brightly lit and you won't want to go home at midnight! Shopping is easy and sales are all year round with best sales at clearance of summer (August) and winter (February) apparel and discounts reaching as low as 90%.
Proximity to Transportation:
2 Min walk to Causeway Bay MTR exit points
1 Min walk to major bus stops as well as the HK tram line where u pay only HK$2.30 per unlimited ride!
Cabs can be found on any street (and Paterson Street has its own taxi stand just in front of the apartment building or at adjacent Lee Gardens and Times Square)
24 hr Wellcome which is HK's largest convenience store network and MCL cinema and famous eateries Outback/Anytime are in the building block.
If you are planning on visiting the HK Exhibition Convention Center, a short bus ride takes u there in 5 min while a taxi would cost HK$25.
Victoria Park is the biggest green lung in HK and the very accessible main HK Public Library is barely 5 min away. Take a brisk walk in the morning!
If you have any further sensible questions on matters I may have omiited, please feel free to message me.
I am looking forward to meeting and putting you up in HK!
This is a homestay so keep the place tidy when you are on the premises and when u leave.

Tina is so warmful and helpful host. This is my 1st time Airbnb in HK. I am really appriciate for her hospitality.
Her room is located on CWB is also convinient place, mostly central in HK. 24hrs Supermarket is close to there, it is useful.
I think I will apply to book again when I back to HK.
Living at Tina's apartment is very convenient and comfortable, considering its location at Causeway Bay. Nearly five-minute-walking to the MTR. Supermarket, Sasa, Apple Store and Times Square are within ten-minute-walking. One can also take a walk in the Victoria Park nearby. The room is clean, and not compact. You will really enjoy privacy in the room. Air-conditioner is good, but a little noisy----a normal situation. Anyway, it's really a good place to live.
Tina is a warm helpful host who speaks good English. Simple but adequate room, very near to Causeway Bay MTR and walking distance to many major malls and eating places. The Wellcome supermarket just below made quick bites and last minute shopping extremely convenient for me as well. Walls are pretty thin, so it would be better to be quieter at night, and the room does get warm at times. The room also does not have a lock, but it has a nice amount of sunshine in the mornings and the apartment has great WiFi. Taxi stand is right outside the apartment with a constant stream of taxis, and is very convenient for people who are travelling around after midnight. The MTR generally closes around 1am, so any kind of travelling after those hours would require a taxi. Overall I had a great stay and would consider the room as great value for money. Thank you Tina!
I had a great stay at Tina... while trying to find my own home in HK, Tina was really flexible, always ready to provide me with advice on HK's life. And her experience of the city has proved very fruitful during my search of an apartment. Hers was really convenient, two minutes away from Causeway Bay's subway and at a very affordable price.
Concerning the room itself, one must know it is a bit hot during the summer as there is no real air-condition system, but thanks to the tile-like flooring it gets cooler at night. I highly recommend going at Tina's for a discovery of HK's most urban experience.
Tina responded quickly to inquiries. She was also very helpful during my stay as she gave me a lot of tips of where to go and what to do while I was there. She was also very flexible considering my flights were delayed and she had to pick me up a little later than anticipated to check in and later on had to extend a few hours in the room before check out.
Her place is also ideally located if you want to stay in the Causeway Bay area. Ikea was around the corner, as was Sogo. Hysan Place and Times Square were a 5 min walk away from Sogo. MTR was also available in all 3 malls. There is also a Supermarket at the ground floor level of the building so you could easily buy provisions.
The room could get hot during the summer, but Tina was nice enough to provide a second fan. The room was clean; mattress on the floor comfortable; and she had wifi you could access for HK$10.
I had the best possible experience here. I had to book at the last moment for some visa issues. Tina was fast and responsive. The room was clean, quite, and simply pleasant. More importantly Tina is a wonderful host. She always had an ear to lend, advice to give, and a kind heart. I don't care much for crowded cities but Tina made it not so bad.

I live in HK and have been part of the Causeway Bay color for the past 8 years. I spend my days easily and do yoga nowadays. I am independent and would like to extend a helping hand to those who have a need. If you need help, just ask me!
I like being in HK and if u happen to come this way, I will try to fit u in!
