While on the island, surrounded by water, one has a sense of privacy. Tall pines provide shade while sunny, sandy, swimming areas can be accessed morning and afternoons. Memorable moonlit nights with firepit campfires create summertime magic.

I am a retired special needs teacher. I enjoy the outdoors and get out in nature whenever possible. I like to swim, boat hike and relax by campfires. I have traveled throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Alaska and Hawaii. I like to cook and especially like to make things relative to the seasons and holidays. Family is important to me and I try to make them a priority, striving for family unity. I believe everyone has something to offer others and have learned much by listening to travelers I've been privileged to encounter.
