WOW! What a great appartment we booked in here, in airbnb. It is our first time using airbnb and we feel thankful, that we found this aparts and our dearest Elif as a host.
LOCATION. To my understanding: Nishantashi is the best part of Istanbul. The aparts is in the very heart of Nishantashi. It is hard to imagine better location. If you step away from the flat - you are immdeialtey in the cosiest and asotnishing streets, full of cuttest coffee-places, resraurants (any kind of: small and big, luxury and simple, all variety...), beauty salons, amazing Macka park, Mados (for those, who not care much about slender figure, but it is impossible to give up Mado ice-cream and dezerts); super-shopping places, etc. And the most important it is easy to get to: Taxim (even by foot), Sisli, Sultanahmet, even Kabatash (for those endless romantics, who wish to go to Prince Iselands. Osmabey metro is apprx 7 min from the flat.
Street is very calm, with astonoshing and peaceful neighborhood. It gives you peaceful and quite sleep at night and you feel ready for exciting next day in Ist.
APPARTS: It is fabuluos: spotless clean, light. The salon is very cosy and charming. The flat is not fulfilled with many not necessary stuff, but, at the same time it has absolutely everything to hold a cool staying. Energetically speaking, the flat has fantastic and friendly atmosphere.
Host: Elif is surper-friendly, hospitable, helpful and patient (beacuse of our chicken lady background we damaged her entrance door twice, and Elif avoid us from stupid drama issue, calmed us down and solved the problem in few minutes). We were lucky to contact Elif more deeply before our leaving and felt pity, that did not have much time enough to communicate a well-educated, intelligent, charming and energy-giving human-being. I say this not because Elif the prepared us presents and invited to the concet :-)
To coclude: I would highly recommend these aparts and Elif as a Host.
P.S. We are coming to Istanbul from time to time, and were always choosing different places and we desparately looking for our place. This time: we found it.
