My charming one bedroom apartment in the heart of lower Manhattan is truly a gem! It can comfortably fit 4 and is located just steps to 5 major subway lines. Your home away from home in the big city!
Thank you for visiting my page! My apartment in the cozy neighborhood of Nolita (a quaint section of Soho) is available to be your home away from home on your next trip to NYC.
The apartment is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom with a full kitchen in a pre-war walk-up building. It is located on the 2nd floor which is just 1 flight up. It's decked out with eclectic but cozy furniture. The living area gets a lot of sun with two large windows and includes a couch that makes into a full sized bed. The kitchen includes loads of counter-space and a brand new range and refrigerator. The bedroom is partitioned into a large closet and dressing area and a separate sleeping nook that could not be cozier!
The soho / nolita area is one of the cutest in NYC with access to everything you could possibly need or want including cafes, banks, groceries, a library and of course because it's soho - shopping galore! The apartment is also steps away from a subway station with access to the 6 line as well as the BDFM trains The entrance is half a block away.
I'd love to have you stay in my place and enjoy it as much as I do! Please message me for availability.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction with Guests
I will be available to answer any questions or concerns for guests but generally like to give guests their space while they enjoy the city.
Nolita is a neighborhood rich in history! You are steps away from Little Italy with many great restaurants and Italian pastry shops. Chinatown is just a few blocks further away and the shopping in nearby Soho is not to be missed!
The apartment is half a block from the broadway/lafayette subway stop which includes the BDMF & 6 trains. The easiest way to get to the apartment from the airport is by taxi.
Please be as respectful to my house and furniture as you would want any guest to be in your home. But most of all enjoy yourself!
There is no smoking allowed in the apartment or building.
I stayed at Sandra's place for a weekend getaway. The apartment is wonderfully located - close to everything. Sandra is extremely responsive and proactive in making sure I had access when needed, and that everything was ok. We were greeted with chocolates & a lovely note making us feel right at home. She was also flexible with our checkout time which was great since we had a night departure. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!!
Sandra met me during her lunch break to give me the keys. She was very friendly and ready to offer any advice on the neighborhood. The apartment is a nice size. The kitchen is petite, but the island really helps with groceries and counter space. I appreciated the selection of coffee and creamers that was offered. The living room faces the street and can be a bit noisy on weekend nights, but the bedroom is located on the other end of the apartment and street noise was never a problem there. The location is pretty much perfect. Multiple subway lines are less than a block away, and it is quick to walk to anywhere in SoHo and the East Village.
Sandra's home was so beautiful and inviting. She and her friend Usha left us some delicious chocolate and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you Sandra for a wonderful experience.
The apartment is at a great location with lots of restaurants, bars nearby, and few minutes walk away from the nightlife of Soho. But at the same time it's at a pretty quite street, so you can get away from the buzz of nightlife for your sleep. There's free parking on the street, I actually parked right in front of the building.
The apartment is very charming, clean, well equipped, it looks exactly like on the photos.
Sandy is extremely nice, friendly, and flexible with our special requests.
If you want an affordable, cozy place close to everything in a quite street, this is your place to go.
This really is a lovely 1-bedroom apartment with everything you'll need to make your stay a pleasure! We loved living here ~ it's warm and welcoming, convenient to the subway and great dining / shopping, even Whole Foods, and extremely user-friendly. Sandra did all she could to make us feel welcome and make our stay in New York fun and inviting. So much activity in this neighborhood, yet the apartment is on a very quiet street! Very clean, well-kept and well-stocked, this NOLITA treasure is worth every penny. If available when we return to NYC, we'll certainly stay here again. Thanks Sandra ~ for sharing your home and New York style!
We had a great stay at Sandra's apartment. The location is amazing, close to shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the subway.
The apartment itself was very cosy and comfortable. We had friends stay on the sofa bed, and they said it was great.
Sandra was very helpful and easily contactable throughout our stay. She met with us at check in to show us around the apartment and offer advice on the area.
We would stay again and recommend family and friends to Sandra's apartment.
Sandra was great! Super friendly, welcomed us when we got there and had a note with some resources for us if we needed anything else. The location is perfect. Really close to the subway, plenty to do in every direction. Her place was fantastic! Very clean, and nice inside. I love the coffee table and shelf under the TV. The couch that's there is different than the one pictured, but is supposedly more comfortable than the previous one she had. I can't attest to the qualities of the previous couch, but the new couch was definitely super comfy, and pulled out into a bed which made sleeping on it easy. The light that comes into the place naturally is nice, and overall I just had a really great stay here!

I'm from New York City and I love to travel as much as possible in my free time. I am lucky to work in an industry that also allows for plenty of work related travel. I enjoy being able to host other adventurers in my home when they are in town exploring NYC.
