About this listing
My charming one bedroom apartment in the heart of lower Manhattan is truly a gem! It can comfortably fit 4 and is located just steps to 5 major subway lines. Your home away from home in the big city!
Thank you for visiting my page! My apartment in the cozy neighborhood of Nolita (a quaint section of Soho) is available to be your home away from home on your next trip to NYC.
The apartment is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom with a full kitchen in a pre-war walk-up building. It is located on the 2nd floor which is just 1 flight up. It's decked out with eclectic but cozy furniture. The living area gets a lot of sun with two large windows and includes a couch that makes into a full sized bed. The kitchen includes loads of counter-space and a brand new range and refrigerator. The bedroom is partitioned into a large closet and dressing area and a separate sleeping nook that could not be cozier!
The soho / nolita area is one of the cutest in NYC with access to everything you could possibly need or want including cafes, banks, groceries, a library and of course because it's soho - shopping galore! The apartment is also steps away from a subway station with access to the 6 line as well as the BDFM trains The entrance is half a block away.
I'd love to have you stay in my place and enjoy it as much as I do! Please message me for availability.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction with Guests
I will be available to answer any questions or concerns for guests but generally like to give guests their space while they enjoy the city.
Nolita is a neighborhood rich in history! You are steps away from Little Italy with many great restaurants and Italian pastry shops. Chinatown is just a few blocks further away and the shopping in nearby Soho is not to be missed!
The apartment is half a block from the broadway/lafayette subway stop which includes the BDMF & 6 trains. The easiest way to get to the apartment from the airport is by taxi.
Please be as respectful to my house and furniture as you would want any guest to be in your home.
There is no smoking allowed in the apartment or building.
We had a fantastic time staying in this superbly located apt. During the smertime heat the air con kept us cool and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable time exploring this fun NY neighborhood
So happy with our stay at Sandra's. Her apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Sandra was so flexible with our check in and out. She provided some refrigerator space with a couple supplied beverages. We knew if we needed her, she was just a text away. Appreciated her Uber recommendation.
Sandra was a lovely host, leaving toiletries and a Yankees hat for me to borrow as I had mentioned I was going to the game. The apartment was lovely and beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It was brilliantly situated for running around Manhattan. I would definitely want to stay here again in future.
Lovely and cosy apartment with the best location for visiting guests in NYC. Clean and everything as promised. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Sandra!
The apartment is small but great for a couple. It is nicely appointed and you feel like you are in someone's home.
Sandra was great in communicating and allowing us some flex time in checking in and out. It's quiet, close to the metro and in a very interesting neighborhood.
Sandra's place was perfect for my weekend in the city. This neighborhood was close to everything I could ever need, including NYU, SoHo shopping (and boy did I go shopping), a half block from the 6/B/D/F/M station at Bleecker Street/Broadway-Lafayette St. It's furnished smartly (the couch is different than the one in the picture, but still very nice) and has plenty of space for one or two guests. I'll definitely look into this place the next time I need to come to New York.
I stayed at Sandra's place for a weekend getaway. The apartment is wonderfully located - close to everything. Sandra is extremely responsive and proactive in making sure I had access when needed, and that everything was ok. We were greeted with chocolates & a lovely note making us feel right at home. She was also flexible with our checkout time which was great since we had a night departure. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!!
