Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home. Newly built modern guesthouse located in the Oakhurst neighborhood. Close to downtown, Southpark and the interstate. Located on a private cul de sac. All guests must be added to the reservation and have a photo uploaded. No parties - max guests 2 adults and one child. We like to keep it low key and quiet.

The space
I love our location. We are a short drive to downtown (10 min) and many other parts of Charlotte. The guesthouse is an open space (500 sq ft), and has a lot of natural light (tall ceilings). There is a full bathroom and walk-in closet. The pool is between the main house and the guesthouse. The pool is open from May-September. You will get to use the pool alone while there, although I have to put it as shared, we won't be using it during your stay. Kids are welcome. The pool is closed from October-April for swimming but left uncovered for aesthetics. No parties allowed.

Pool: Please let me know if you plan on using the pool. We clean it once a day and it will be up to you to scoop it out with the net if needed. We have a lot of trees surrounding the yard. No parties allowed.

Guest access
You can park on the street in front of the house. Please do not park in front of a neighbors house. There is a path you can follow down the right side of the house to get to the backyard.

Other things to note
There is a train a few blocks away. I don't notice it, but it passes every 6-8 hours.
