Only a bit further to Kiroro or Rusutsu. Get your backcountry on at Chisenupuri. On top of that we have more onsen per capita than anywhere else in Japan! Hiking, snowsports, mountain biking and more are all available depending on the season. Close to a train station, but it is recommended you rent a car.
