Casa Coco is a gorgeous ocean view one bedroom home and/or studio apartment, completed 4 years ago. This uniquely crafted home was custom designed and built, with artistic details and accents throughout. It is colorful, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. Located in the north beach residential neighborhood of lovely homes, the house sits 100 feet above the beach. It takes approx. three minutes to walk to the beach, and approx 10-12 minute walk to the main plaza. Restaurants and grocery stores are approx five minutes walk.

Both units include maid service (every 4 days), drinking water, wireless internet, wall safe for your valuables, gas grill, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Each offers high quality bed linens, towels, and feather pillows. There is an enormous water holding tank, so there are never any concerns about running out of water when the town is having water pumping problems. As well there is an on-demand hot water system in place - so lots of hot water any time you need it. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. All windows are screened. The property is owner managed and very secure. No smoking is allowed inside under roof. This house is lovingly maintained with attention to detail.
As you enter the main upper house, you are immediately awed by the expansive ocean view. The living and dining room are together under a palapa roof. The bedroom has ample storage, and a king size bed. The large bathroom includes a closet, custom hand painted tile work throughout, a copper sink, and features an oversize circular shower. Off of the kitchen is a den with a comfortable wrap around sofa (READ CAREFULLY;THIS IS COMFORTABLE FOR TWO KIDS OR ONE ADULT), as well as a television, DVD player. Also has a CD player with a hookup for Ipod or MP3. The kitchen is fully furnished with all stainless appliances, and all the amenities of a gourmet kitchen. There are amazing ocean views from lying in bed, to washing dishes, to relaxing under the palapa roof in the open air living room/dining room area.
Casa Coco is the epitome of tropical coastal living; imagine your bronzed body relaxed on the sofa after a fun day on the beach, sipping a margarita under the palapa roof as the sun sets over the Pacific....the palm and higuera trees bathed in pastel colors, the wash of the golden surf relaxing your total being....the jungle comes alive with it's nightly song of geckos and crickets, as the village lights appear across the bay, along with the first stars. The jasmine-scented breeze and soft music from the village alert your senses and it's time to stroll into town to dine on incredible shrimp chile rellenos or fish tacos, more tequila, some live salsa music.... and then a lazy walk back to su casa along the beach.......Hmmmm.....day after day......this could be your vacation!
We have a golf cart that available for rent by the day. Beach chairs, umbrellas and some surf boards are also available to be shared among our registered guests.
The north side of town is wonderfully quiet! Easy to get to town and back for a quiet night!
The house is within walking distance to both the beach and town. However, we do have a golf cart for rent by the day if you prefer. It is decked out to hold surf boards and all! Please ask if you are interested.
I understand my responsibilities as occupant and accept financial burden for any damages to the property caused by me or any member of my party. By signing below, I agree to pay the owners for repairs in the event damages are caused by us during our stay, and I agree to pay replacement value for any items which are broken during my stay. I understand that this is a non smoking house, but that smoking is allowed outside, but not under roof. I agree that if I choose to use the air conditioning that I will do so wisely, economically, with all doors and windows closed, and will not leave it on when I leave the house I agree to let the owner, manager, or maid enter to turn off the A/C if I accidentally leave it on when I am not home. The owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or other valuables during their stay. The owners are not responsible for any interruption in electrical service, (and the subsequent inconvenience that the guest may experience), or water shortage, as this does occasionally happen from time to time in this small coastal village. While the owners make every effort to ensure that the guests' stay is enjoyable, the owners are not responsible for disturbances beyond their control including, but not limited to, difficult road access during the rainy season, town/neighborhood festivities, partying vacationers, near by construction noise, road work/closures, early morning roosters, neighborhood dog barking, and tropical storms. Remember Sayulita is a small rustic village in a third world country!
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house.
All guests agree to keep excessive noise to a minimum and be aware and respectful of the neighbors. If you are staying in the main house while the guest unit is occupied by someone else or vice versa, please be considerate of the other people's enjoyment. Loud noise or music is not permitted after 10pm. Under no circumstances may any parties or events take place at the house. The owners take great care to make the house a relaxing place to enjoy while visiting, so to ensure the overall quality and appearance of the property these policies are strictly enforced.
The maximum number of overnight guests allowed is the number of people stated on the reservation. Any increase must be approved prior to arrival and no more than the maximum occupancy for the property will be allowed. No guest may assign this agreement or sublet use of any part of the house.
Check-in is at 4 pm, however the owners may be able to accommodate earlier arrivals. As soon as possible, please confirm with the owners your flight arrival and departure info and the time so we will know when to expect you, and please follow the arrival info checklist (which you will receive prior to your arrival by email) when you arrive to get into the lockbox. Either the owner or representative will check in with you shortly thereafter, if not greet you upon arrival.
Check-out is at 11am. All keys should be returned before leaving. Guests agree to pay $25 for each set of keys not returned. Inside the guest binder you will find an easy-to-follow list for checking out. Following these guidelines and leaving the house in the same condition as upon arrival will ensure a full refund of the security deposit.
Owner or owner's agent will have the right to show the premises to prospective clients with 12 hour notice to Renter at Renter's convenience. The owner or owner's agent also has the right to inspect the premises at anytime if there is reasonable cause to believe the Renter or any other person is misusing or damaging the premises or furnishings therein.
