This is an excellent bright private newly refurbished double room to let in a huge stylish 3 bedroom house with a beautiful spacious bathroom, an upstairs toilet, a kitchen with all the mod cons, a cosy living room and a nice flower garden only 12 min. walk from the city center.
It ideally suits a single person or a couple who wish to stay for a short or a long period of time. Its great layout and its peaceful location close to Croke park, Fairview Park, Connoly Station, Luas, Bus links, shops, restaurants, take aways, bars, surgeries, Sean O'Casey community cultural and educational center provided with various facilities for different age groups, fitness and water sports centres and the sea make it a desired place by anyone looking for comfort close to the heart of the city.

It was a lovely stay in dublin! Very easy and no hassles!
Beautiful house, lovely host and a delightful stay.
Did not actually stay in this room because of water but was quickly moved to another room that we had no problem with thanks!
I did not actually meet Elitsa, but she provided me with all of the information I needed regarding where I was staying and how to get there before I arrived. The bed was wonderful, and I enjoyed having my privacy. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking to travel to Dublin in need of a place to stay.
Well, for the price it wasn't bad, but it wasn't exactly a memorable stay. It was somewhat hard finding the place at night by car. But once we were there everything was pretty okay. The room was nothing special, just a place to sleep, but the bathroom and kitchen were fine. The location requires some walking if you want to get into the central city, but its do-able. I would recommend staying here if your priority is your budget.
We stayed in this room for 3 nights - the host Konstantine who greeted us was polite. The house was clean, everything was functional, and the location was approx. 10 min easy walk from the city centre., otherwise busses run along the main street. If I had a question, Elitsa was available via phone to answer them.
Considering the price of this room compared to other hotel rooms etc, I would recommend this accommodation in Dublin.
Although the room was not large it was comfortable room. Easy check in with the cleaner. It seems to be run like a guest house in suburban area, which made it nice & quiet for us. Short (5-10min) bus trip from O'Connel St. Friendly local pubs & park close by.
Very close walking distance to town and it was great to meet everyone else staying there! It has more of a hotel feel to it and it was nice to feel as if we could come and go as we pleased. It was clean and a good location, great for students or if you are staying for a few nights.
