Other Things to Note
If you can't find the house, please call any time of day. DO NOT BOTHER the uphill neighbor at 1050 War Bonnet Way.
No smoking anywhere on the property. The Tahoe forest is VERY DRY and vulnerable to the slightest spark.
PLEASE DO NOT use the (uphill) neighbors driveway to turn around (use the street). If you park on the street (because your car is to low for the slope of the driveway, or both spaces are taken) please park on street closest to my driveway, (there is a line painted on the street) as the uphill neighbor needs 10 ft street clearance in front of our home to clear his driveway.
Consideration: While each quest space is private, the house is NOT sound-proof (or child-proof). Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 8am. Please let us know if your peace is disturbed or you require quiet time outside of those hours, so we can address any concerns.
FYI: Nevada casinos and bars are open 24 hrs for any late night parties.
HOT TUB HYGIENE: Please bathe before using the Hot Tub, as we use minimal chemicals.
Pets: Please bring a pet bed for your dog or cat and be sure to carry bags on walks to clean up after your dog (the snow melt carries all debris downhill into the Lake, which damages the crystalline health of the Lake)
Responsibility: You have access to use our 2-person sit-on-top Kayak, 2 SUP Boards, 3 Mountain Bikes and 2 pairs of snow shoes for your use during your stay. However they are shared with other guests so we may need to assign times to give everyone a chance. We also require you sign a liability waiver, return equipment in the condition you found it and let us know of any problems that may arise we need to address.
Private one-bedroom apt, fully furnished. HDMI Smart TV (no cable) but able to connect to various Apps.
