  • I was in need of a fully-furnished place to stay for four months and could not have found a more perfect place. Roger & Brenda have created a wonderful "home" for visitors whether the stay be short term, or long-term, as mine was.

  • All was clean and well kept. We could hear the dog early in the mornings when they let her out, but not a problem. It was really cold in Seattle when we were there and it took awhile to get used to the electric fireplace heater, but it was so nice to come home and turn it on manually for a quick warm-up. I would definitely recommend.

  • Wonderful, generous, friendly, gracious hosts! Perfect suite where you quickly feel "at home". Great location near downtown Redmond. Sofie the dog is great, too!

  • Brenda and Roger are great hosts. Their suite exceeded my expectations.
Great location, close to bus stop and Redmond Town Center.

I will be reserving their suite again on an upcoming trip.

  • We had an absolutely great stay in Redmond at Brenda and Roger's fantastic 1 bedroom suite w/ Patio. The lovely apartment was perfect, clean and stocked w/ everything we could possibly need! They are super- friendly hosts and have truly thought of everything to make this a wonderful place to stay! We will definitely visit again and recommend to family and friends for future visits!

  • Brenda and Roger were the perfect hosts. They definitely catered to our comfort. Their home is on a quiet street with a place to park. It had easy access to all kinds of shopping and parks to stroll in. The suite they rent is clean, modern and roomy. We would stay there again on our next visit, if they weren't already booked up.

  • Roger and Brenda were excellent hosts during our 3 month stay in Redmond. They actually upgraded a few things while were were there, including a newer couch and a completely redone (and extremely nice) patio. The indoor space was sufficient for our needs and the outdoor space was great to have during the beautiful summer months. They even provided us with a new BBQ grill which we used extensively through the summer. I have no doubt we'll stay here again if we're in Redmond again.

    August 2013
  • Brenda was a great host for my family's stay in Redmond! She's on my favorites list and I look forward to renting her place again.

    May 2013
  • Brenda and Roger (and Sophie the dog) were more than courteous during our recent 2-week stay. The suite is very clean and has all the basic amenities that you could ask for in a short-term rental. Not only that, but Brenda and Roger were always very interested in making our stay an enjoyable one. Having newly moved to Seattle, we couldn't have asked for more!

The convenience to Redmond, Bellevue, running trails and the wineries just north was great. We loved getting out to Marymoor Park or running around Lake Sammamish or the Sammamish River. Since we had a car, this was all very accessible.

The suite is ideal for 2 people on a vacation/visit to the Seattle area, expecting to stay primarily east of Lake Washington with a car. At ~400sqft, it worked for my wife and I, but it would be a challenge to have more than 2 people or stay longer than we did.

We HIGHLY recommend the place as a great rental option in Redmond!

  • Brenda and Roger were very accommodating and flexible with their schedules. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very close to coffee shops, restaurants and the Sammamish River Trail. Highly recommended!

About
Hi! I am a married mother of two grown children (empty nest), who enjoys live music - blues, rock, jazz, as well as a good book or movie! You can find me going for a walk to a favorite espresso house on weekend mornings or taking our dog Sophie for a romp in the park. I enjoy golfing with friends, bicycling the Burke-Gilman trail to Woodinville for some wine tasting or a Redhook IPA, and having friends over for an evening on the deck. I love going to the Pike Place Market in Seattle for fresh pastries and unbelievable espresso. Spring through fall I am shopping at Redmond's Saturday Market for fresh local produce, eggs, cheese, arts and crafts. I love learning, new adventures, traveling (France & Barcelona especially), meeting people and learning about their lives - and showing them a good time.
