Cozy, warm and minimalistic decorated flat:
1 bedroom w. a kingsize bed, and a nice living room plus a cool kitchen that is big enough to eat in and it has a french balcony facing the calm courtyard. One small but nice bathroom. Centrally located!
The apartment is located around the corner from the popular “Meat-packing district” where you can find great restaurants, coffee-places and a lot of different bars; a very busy and popular nightlife!
If you wanna experience Copenhagen at its best, you might wanna rent a bike - just around the corner! The central station is just a 2-minute walk away however, almost everything is in walking distance and it takes aprox. 10 minutes to walk up to City Hall and 5 minutes to Tivoli.
The apartment is 60 square metres and minimalistic decorated.
It has 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed, and a living room with the possibility of an extra guest on the couch. The kitchen is big enough to hang in and has a very nice french balcony and is very pleasant. One small but adequate and nice bathroom. A nice court yard in the back.
If you’re looking for a quiet and dull neighbourhood this is not it. This area is highly popular because of it’s location but especially because of the diverse mixture of so many different people from all sorts of layers of society that creates a special feeling of authenticity and a vibrant community. It is regular families meets students meets cool kids meets all kinds of diverse people!
The neighbourhood is vibrant, alive and filled with a highly diverse group of people. It's cool, trendy and has everything from roughness to coolness, noisiness to calmness and is in walking distance to all the cool places in Copenhagen. It is at times busy and has a lot to offer in walking distance due to its location.
You'll have the entire place for your selves and i'll be there to greet you and making sure you'll be checking in all right.

Usually I can always work around flexible check in and out but let me know if you want to arrive late or check out late.
This place near the centre of Copenhagen will let you experience a pleasant and diverse side of Copenhagen within short distance to parks, nightlife, great foods, galleries and attractions and local atmosphere. You can rent a bike around the corner or just get by on foot.

It is a busy area and is very popular during weekends and warm summer evenings. If you are looking for quiet this probably is not it ;-)
Getting here from the airport:
The train station is right at the terminal at the airport - simply follow the signs and you'll be directed to the platform.
Take any train where it says: "København H" which is the central station. It takes aprox. 15 minutes. Your destination is the central station called "Hovedbanegården" / Central station.
The flat is only a few minutes away by foot.
You can be here within an hour or so from when your plane lands 'till you're checked in.
Other Things to Note
Beddings, linens and towels and other necessities will be provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped if you wanna stay in and cook your selves.
There's a hairdryer and iron and iron board if needed.
There's AppleTV and a Netflix account for you to use if you want. You can hook up your smartphone or laptop to the Apple tv for TV streaming via the super fast internet.
The most important thing is that you feel right at home and that you're feeling like it's your own home during your stay.
I expect you to leave the place as you receive it in the airbnb spirit. I live in the apartment my self so please take care of it and remember it is not a hotel but a private home :-)
On leaving: Please leave the place as you received it and please hang towels on the hanger and not leave them on the ground as in a hotel.
Trash bins are outside in the back and please make sure electric outlets are shut off when not in the apartment.
In Denmark you don't keep your shoes on the apartment but always take them of and please don't roll the suitcases on the floor in the hall as the floor is sensitive and bruises easily.
If there are any problems please don't hesitate to contact me via e-mail, via the app or other means like text etc so I can fix any problem at hand whilst you are there. Again, the most important thing is that you feel at home and enjoy Copenhagen!
