Lovely and spacious town apartment(135 m2!) situated in the centre of the town Rome (2000m from Piazza S. Pietro) yet in a relatively peaceful area. You will find this apartment on the ground floor in a former manor house. Ideal for families, even with children. Furthermore, this house is a good starting point to vistit the town.
The apartment is in the area of the metro station “Lepanto”. There are two supermarkets around the corner and there is an authentic fruit market and various restaurants.
In the direct surrounding: restaurants, bars and various shops.
-- The house is easily reachable from the airport "Roma Fiumicino" via train or metro.
Ground floor: 1 livingroom (TV (satellite)), 1 kitchen (oven, washing machine), 2 bedroom ( double bed), 1 bedroom (2 singol beds), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, Toilet, bidet), 1 bathroom (bath, sink, Toilet, bidet). General: heating (central), airconditioning

Lovely and spacious town apartment(135 m2!)
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was quite large with plenty of space for four of us to spread out. We were close enough to most things that we could walk but the metro was close so we could choose to ride when it was very hot. I recommend buying your tickets to the Vatican ahead since the line is very long and you would be standing in the sun. Only issue with the apartment was that the hot water ran out quickly.
Nice and spacious apartment. 3 bedrooms (2 queens and 2 twins). Living-dining room. Small but full kitchen. Good Internet but no TV. 2 full bathrooms. 1st floor apartment. Nice and quiet neighborhood. All needed stuff included. Walking distance to Vatican. Near small grocery store and restaurant. Laundromat in walking distance. Working A/C in all rooms. Kind and helpful host. If you are planning a tourist trip to Rome with family this is the perfect place. Do not hesitate to book it. My family and I enjoyed it comfortably.
A lovely apartment in a wonderful area of this beautiful city. Plenty of local amenities such as shops and cafes. Very close to a metro station and truly within walking distance of the Vatican.
Simonetta is a great host and was there to meet us when we arrived. The whole process of check in/out was simple and free of any difficulties.
We wanted a perfect family weekend in Rome and we got exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended.
Our stay in Rome was great. Simonetta met us at the door and gave us all the information we needed. I would highly recommend her apartment. Very close to the buses and metro. We used the markets in the area and ate at several nearby restaurants.
We had a great time at Simonetta's flat. It is very spacious and well equipped for two adults and four adult sized children. Simonetta was very helpful and kind, leaving some beers in the fridge which was greatly appreciated by our sons. The flat is walking distance (15 minutes) to the Vatican and about 30 minutes to the Pantheon. Supermarkets nearby and the flat on the ground floor. This is an excellent place to stay and we can strongly recommend it. Thanks also to Simonetta for all the helpful hints and suggestions.
Simonetta was a great host - friendly and very accommodating. She waited for us in the apartment for a late check-in and explained the area around the apartment to us really well.
The apartment is quite spacious and clean and we had a lot of space for 6 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We also like the location - well connected by foot and public (website hidden): A short walk from the apartment is Tratorria Dino e Tony (Via Leone IV 60) - an old and popular place. Highly recommend the restaurant for a cheerful, chaotic and authentic Italian experience.
This review is on behalf of our grandchildren Erik & Tess and two friends who we booked to stay at the Interno 3 resisdance in June. They said that the apartment was very comfortable, clean and conveniently close to all the major sites, but above all they loved Simonetta's hospitality!! Thank you, Simonetta,
Eli & Bobbie
Very good flat & great location. Simonetta is a great hostess and was of great help locating a doctor when our smallest kid became ill.
The flat is close to the Metro station (line A / 5 stops to Termini Station) & walking distance to Vatican City. On practical note, local supermarket near by (less than a block away) with a fantastic gelateria (Fracini) and restaurant (Ulisse) close to the flat.
This a spacious apartment that is very convenient to a nice open air market, two supermarkets and plenty of public transit. (Tram, bus and Metro) Although this apartment is not in the center of things, it’s well located to get almost anywhere in Rome and the neighborhood is very safe.
I rented this apartment for three and a half months for the Spring semester of 2013 doing study abroad and it was perfect for me being only a 10 minute walk from school. There were three of us in this apartment but it could easily support more. We had a couple of guests on occasion and we did not feel cramped at all.
Simonetta was very responsive to our needs and checking in every few weeks to make sure there was nothing we needed. She even brought us a can opener when we realized we didn’t have one and bought a can of tomatoes we couldn’t use otherwise.
We really loved the big map of Italy in the main room, it was fun to look and to keep oriented on some of our weekend trips. The wifi in this apartment is very fast and very reliable, it was perfect for our need to keep in touch with family back in the states.
