Just 1.4 miles from Hwy 43 and only 18 minutes from David Crockett State Park for hiking, biking & fishing. Located minutes from town.The cottage shares a driveway with our primary residence while offering a cozy, private retreat. 🏡

🌿 Welcome to Good Hope Cottage! 🏡

Enjoy the peaceful charm of the country while staying conveniently close to town, David Crockett State Park, and local Amish shopping.

Our fully furnished cottage offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The main level features beautiful wood walls, open ceilings, cozy furniture, a seasonal gas fireplace, and a 55” Roku Smart TV. The open floor plan flows into a fully equipped kitchen featuring a custom Amish farmhouse table.

The main-level master bedroom includes a custom-built king bed with a Sealy mattress and 32” Roku Smart TV. The bathroom and laundry area are also conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs, the open loft overlooks the living room and kitchen and features a full-size bed with a new Sealy mattress. The loft is accessed by stairs.

☕ Start your morning with coffee on the front or back porch while the chickens wander through the yard. Relax in Amish-built furniture and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Outside, you’ll find a fire pit, hammocks, charcoal grill, and a small playset for the little ones.

This does have a shared driveway with another residence but the entire home is yours .

🏡 House Rules & Important Information

To help keep Good Hope Cottage comfortable for every guest, please review and follow these guidelines prior to booking.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 ozone fee will be charged if the property is smoked in.

🐾 No Pets: Pets are not permitted .
We have our own pets and mini farm and outside animals are prohibited for their safety. Please note that dogs are present on the property.

🎉 No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

👥 Guest Registration: All guests staying at the property must be included on the reservation. (Maximum 4)

🧺 Laundry: The washer and dryer are available for your convenience; however, laundry detergent is not provided.

🔥 Fire Pit: Charcoal and firewood are not provided.

🧻 Property & Linens: Please treat the cottage and its belongings with care. Missing towels or damaged property may result in additional charges.

📋 House Rules: Please take a moment to read and follow all house rules during your stay.

💳 Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing trip insurance through your booking provider. We do not process refunds for cancellations or changes to reservations.
