This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath room home sits on 2 acres of historic farm land. Guests can walk 1/10 mile to local restaurants on Main Street in Harwich Center and Cape Cod Rail (Bike)Trail and 1 mile to Route 28/HarwichPort. There are multiple Nantucket Sound, Cape Cod Bay, and Atlantic Ocean beaches within 5 -15 minute drive.

The space
This house has 3 roomy bedrooms: (1) a 1st Floor Master with King Bed, and ensuite bath and sitting area; (2) 2nd Floor room with Queen bed and work station; (3) 2nd floor room with 2 twin beds.

There is a large open plan kitchen, farm table that seats 8, Living room with Roku Tv. The house also has a first floor powder room and a full laundry center.

All sheets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs are included.

The Farm house is located on a 2 acre property. There is a couple that lives in the Barn at the back of the property. Our neighbors are very friendly but please respect there privacy.
