The space
From the moment you pull up, you will sense the tranquil beauty this home and property have to offer! When you walk through the front door you will be greeted with an abundance of natural light streaming through a wall of windows that look out to the large pasture and nearby mountain. This main living area has comfy oversized chairs that face the view and a 55 inch TV hung above the working gas fireplace. This open floor plan with soaring wood ceilings has a large dining table plus an island with additional seating. The updated kitchen is beautifully done with all stainless steal appliances and granite countertop. Dedicated coffee area has a keurig with coffee pods, regular coffee pot, cups, sugars, and creamers!
Living area opens up to a large, covered screened in porch where you’ll find a large table with seating for 8. There is an abundance of cozy outdoor furniture!

Cabin is ideal for families with two separate living areas and two covered porches, 3 master bedrooms, a double bunk room, an office space, and a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area. The downstairs living area has another 55 inch TV, lots of games, and a foosball table! There are two sofas for seating, including a queen sleeper sofa. Large glass doors lead out to the covered ground-floor porch with adirondack chairs, blackstone grill, corn hole set, mounted ring toss game, hammock, and an outdoor regulation sized ping pong table! Don’t forget to cozy up around the outdoor fire pit just steps from the back porch!!!

Bedroom 1 on main floor:
Cozy queen bed with doors that open to the screened in porch space w/stunning view. Main floor bathroom is located right outside of this bedroom.

Bedroom 2 downstairs:
Comfy queen bed with view to the lush pasture and trees, beautiful rustic cabin decor. Full bathroom is located in hallway between this room and bunk room.

Bedroom 3 downstairs:
Cute bear inspired bunk room w/ two bunk beds (4 twins total) and a magnetic dart board.

Downstairs living area:
Queen sized sleeper sofa allows for more sleeping space for guest if needed. Extra bedding is provided.

Bedroom 4 loft:
Queen bed with memory foam mattress and a futon sofa. The loft also has an office enclave space separate from the bed space, closet, and en suite bathroom.

Oversized laundry room:
Located downstairs and has medium sized dog cage and dog bowl. Stainless steel washer and dryer with detergent & dryer sheets.

Guest access
The gravel road leading to the home is easy to navigate and 4 wheel drive is NOT needed. Plenty of parking in the paved driveway right in front of the cabin.

Other things to note
Please note, if you are bringing a dog or two, they must be up to date on flea medicine and up to date on all immunizations. If fleas are seen at cleaning a portion of your refundable deposit will be used to professionally treat the home!

Neighborhood highlights

Mountain Creek Acres is located in a beautiful and private neighborhood with only a few other homes that cannot be seen from our nearly 4 acre property. There are a family of deer that frequent the property daily. The bubbling creek is part of our property and borders our entire backyard and is easily accessible from the covered back porch. Their is a mountain across the pasture that can be seen from the main living area and both porches. What separates this property from many other cabins is that our property is flat and not sloped, meaning you have lots of space to easily walk and play, while still having a Mountain View and Creek in your backyard! Our location is also ideal because not only are you close to downtown Blue Ridge (15 min) with all the cute shops and restaurants, you are close to the cute surrounding towns that also offer lots to do and see (Murphy NC, Copperhill TN, Mccaysville & Blairesville GA- home to Vogel State Park) Also, only 10 mins from Old Toccoa Farm golf course!! And 20 mins from Harrah's Casino!
