The house has a 50m² outdoor deck and 50m² of built area. It is 200 meters from the beach. Designed specifically for two adults. The house has a living room/bedroom, kitchen (loft style) and bathroom (SHOWER WITHOUT HEATING). All electricity is solar and allows light in all rooms, charging cell phones, cameras and small electronics

The space
A cozy little house, with its exclusive decorative identity and unique energy. EcoBoat is bathed by the waters of Ilha Grande Bay and surrounded by the beautiful Atlantic Forest.

Guest access
Access to the entire house: bathroom equipped with ecological vase (all wastes are treated) only cold shower to bath (we do not have hot water for bathing). Kitchen to prepare small snacks, coffee and tea (available cooler with ice). Access to the house is only by boat, paddle board, kayaks.
Solar painels with solar energy to charge cell-phone camera, also lamp.

Other things to note
- The house is very safe and is prepared to face winds and rains with tranquility.

- During your stay, you will have a canoe.

- The shower water is NOT heated.

- The house can sway with the movement of the sea.

- The structure makes noises with the waves.

- Heavy electronics such as hairdryers cannot be turned on.

- We love animals, but unfortunately we cannot receive PETS under any circumstances.

- The sanitary sewage process is carried out by biodigesters in order to reduce environmental impacts. We also provide biodegradable soaps.
