This riad is beautiful and everything you would expect from a traditional house, with plunge pool, beautiful courtyard and roof terrace. Our bedroom was spacious and clean as was the en-suite. The air conditioning in the room was great to cool you down during the night, as even after the sun sets the temperature was still high. Yosef was always on hand to give helpful information, directions and to serve delicious mint tea, coffee and various cold drinks. Yosef's breakfast was always delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and although my husband wasn't able to go at the last minute due to work commitments, my friend took his place and we were a little apprehensive about two women travelling on their own but there was no need to worry as everyone we met were welcoming, kind and friendly. Can't wait to visit marrakech again but with my husband next time as he was the only thing missing. Thanks charlotte and your team for a wonderful stay in your beautiful riad in the wonderful city of marrakech x

Medina is such a beautiful and charming location to visit and spend time in. We were lucky enough to stay in a beautiful Riad and were taking such good care of by Yosef. He was extremely nice and helpful attending to needs, maintenance and tourism information. Good places to go and places to eat! He really made our time in Marrakech truly special! Will be back for sure!

This riad is so great and I would definitely recommend it! Charlotte answered quite quickly and organized the airport transfer for us. The riad is located near the souks and the place jemaâ el fna but anyway in a really quite area to calm down. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Lovely little, quiet riad with great terrace and friendly staff. Spacious rooms. The bed wasn't too comfy but okay for just two nights. Breakfast was good. They state in their description that they have washing machine and dryer available, which was the main reason that we picked this place, already been travelling for 8 days. Sadly they didn't, but our host was kind enough to wash all our whites free of charge. The riad wasn't in same condition as the pictures - fx the pool wasn't cleaned. Overall good experience with a few setbacks.

Response from Charlotte:
Dear Christian, Sorry but the washing machine isn't available at all , for our guests; that's a question of hygiene . In the opposite, the hairdryer is available . Youssef has accepted to wash your clothes, due to your insistence. Free of charge . Even with the very cheap price you has paid for the night ... But he shouldn't have . Best regards.

Charming little riad off a side street in Marrakesh. It was easy walking distance from the main attractions, yet quiet. We were well looked after by the manager Yusef. We would stay again if we found ourselves in Marrakesh in the future.

We were in Morocco for meetings and were based just outside of Marrakech. We wanted a few days in the city so booked this Riad. It was great! Centrally located right in the heart of Jenaa el Fna but quiet at night as while the narrow streets are frequented by pedestrians, motor bikes etc during the day, it is very quiet at night. The service was great. The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. There were some issues with Wi-Fi when were there but we found that there were general issues with Internet while we were in Morocco. This was not important though as we were not in Morocco to spend time on our phones/computers and for general communications (email here and there) we found most cafes and restaurants had Wi-Fi. If I were to head back to Marrakech I would not hesitate to book this Riad again. Thanks so much!

I live most of the time in Lyon in France. I am a big fan of the "old Lyon" neighborhood.
I love traveling, specially in Marrakech in the nice and relaxing Riad of my family. Our staff is amazing and welcome our guests very carefully when we are away.
Always happy to provide visitors with recommendations and advice ;)
