The space
Eldhuset is a cozy and traditional cabin located at Hakkesetstølen Fjellstugu, just outside Geilo. The cabin holds a special history tied to traditional mountain farm life in Norway.

The old wood-fired stove (kjelring) was once used to make traditional cheese from fresh milk sourced from the cows at Hakkesetstølen. Here, milk was separated, and butter was churned – true craftsmanship from the mountains.

Guest access
