A magical villa with stunning views overlooking the sea in the middle of hundreds of old olive and fruit trees. Private pool, outside bubble bath, spacious and tranquility. 10 minutes drive from the nearest sandy beaches. Paradise.

The space
The house is newly renovated and comfortable for 9 people.

Nature at her best. A Garden of Eden looking at the sea and olive trees nestled on the slopes of Mount Etna. Breathtaking sea view with panoramas of the Nebrodi mountain range, Taormina, Giardini Naxos, the Ionian Sea and even the southernmost reaches of the Italian mainland. The nature reserve Marina di Cottone beach at Fiumefreddo is only 9 km away.

Furnished for outdoor living and surrounded by the rural nature. Tastefully decorated by art and antique dealers.

DESCRIPTION
On the ground floor you will find a master bedroom with with matrimonial size bed, and an en suite bedroom with two single beds. Shared bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are two other bedrooms : one bedroom with double bed and private bathroom and another bedroom with three single beds and private bathroom. On the same floor giving to the outside terrace there is the living room and kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, etc....).

On the lower terrace you have an inviting swimming pool (7 by 4 mt and 1,5 mt deep). Outside on the house terrace there is a jacuzzi. You have over two hectares (5 acres) of land to explore with hundreds of old olive and fruit trees in this very private setting. Ideal for naturists.

We (try to) speak English, French, Dutch, German and Italian.

Sicily is waiting for you and this tucked away jewel is one of the best kept secrets in the Etna north area between Catania and Taormina. Privacy, beauty and peace, the ideal, family, romantic or honeymoon hideaway.

Additional features:
Air conditioning/heating in master bedrooms. In the living room there is a woodburning fire place. The house is at 450 meters above sea level and during winter evenings it can get quit chilly.

The house is approx 1 km away from the nearest town Presa and 2 km from Piedimonte Etneo, so a car is essential for this house.

IMORTANT NOTES AND FAQ :


3. Water, gas, bedsheets and small towel are included. Bring your own bath/beach towels or rent them at 5 euro pp.
4. 5 kW per day of electricity is included. This allows the house to function normally. However if you use the airco with open windows, you will consume a lot more and you will be charged for the extra consumption.

10. I have written an extensive guidebook with all the best addresses and places to go and visit. If you would like to receive a copy of it in advance, just send me an email. A printed copy will be available in the house.
