The above garage Guest Suite in this Italian Villa is yours to enjoy with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a sitting area. The suite has WiFi and TVs with Roku streaming. Shared laundry and resort style pool & deck area with Ping Pong Table and bbq are available for suite guests to use. Gorgeous views of the city lights and mountains. Close driving distance to UC Riverside, Cal Baptist University, Convention Center, Dining, Shopping and the Beautiful Historic Downtown Riverside area.

Guest access
Guests will have use of the villa's upstairs 2 bedroom suite to themselves. This suite has it's own entrance and includes a bathroom, kitchen and sitting area and 2 bedrooms.
Washer and Dryer is available for guest use and is shared with others.
The pool and deck area are available for guest use between 10am and 9:00pm. Pool is not heated.
The outside areas that are provided for guests are shared spaces with host, guests and others. This includes the driveway, pool deck area, exterior stairs and exterior walkways.
In the outside shared areas of the property, you will likely see others during your stay as the host and family and others do live in other parts of the villa.

Other things to note
Reasonable use of Utilites & Laundry machines are included.
Spa use is not included in this booking because we have no way for guests to operate the heat & jets.
However we can offer spa use at additional $50/per day, dependent on our availability to operate it. Most likely someone will be available to do that. You can decide by the day during your stay if you would like to use the spa. The fee will be billed through Airbnb.
