Welcome to Gentilly neighborhood, one of the most diverse in the city and the most centrally located. This house is half of a shotgun style double, 4 blocks to Elysian Fields, 1 block off I-610, 4 blocks to Dillard University. 2 bedroom unit with 2 queen size beds and a queen size sofa sleeper, with full kitchen, TV and wifi. Nice place in convenient area, 5 minutes to french quarter. City bus Elysian Fields straight to french quarter for $1.25 per person or Uber for about $8 a carload.

The place is spacious, nice, clean and fresh smelling! Very friendly neighbors. We lost our key to the house (luckily we found them later in the night) & Carl took care of getting us extra keys in no time. Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at Carl's this past weekend for the Jazz Fest and I could not have been happier with my decision. The French Quarter is a quick 10-15 min drive. He makes check in work with your schedule and the bagels, wine and OJ he provides upon check in is a nice touch. Other reviews…
