Best location - Circular Quay

Apartment - Entire home/apt · Bridge St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia

Quality office environment for business travellers

The Space

This office's size and location is almost unbeatable for those visiting Sydney and makes the perfect professional base away from hotel rooms. Clients will appreciate the space and quality of your business environment.

An art deco office of approximately 40 square metres, tastefully furnished and decorated on the top floor of a city building in Bridge Street, it is only a block to the heart of Sydney - Circular Quay with its ferries, buses and trains, including the direct train service to Sydney's domestic and international airport. There are views to Circular Quay and heart of city.

Light and airy, with an unusually large office area divided into a seating area and round conference table setting. It also has a marble reception work station, a spacious separate waiting area, kitchenette and private bathroom with shower.
The property has reverse cycle air conditioning and free wireless internet.
There is access to the building's communal roof terrace with seating, BBQ and amazing views over the city and to the Quay.

The Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens and harbour are a five-minute stroll away while the historic Rocks area is just as close. There is a myriad of restaurants, cafes and bars in the immediate area - something for everyone - or bring something back for a quiet meal at home. Nearby supermarkets mean visitors can also prepare food in the kitchenette.

The office is on the top floor of what was called Booth House. Built for wool traders in 1937, the building is a fine example of art deco. From far-flung parts of the country and needing somewhere to work and stay when they brought fleeces to Sydney for grading and export from Circular Quay, their building was designed for this dual purpose. The building has lots of windows to allow maximum light for wool grading. Look above the building front entrance and you will see a stylised ram's head etched into the granite lintel.

  • This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the main "must see" spots in Sydney. Close to the ferry, bus and train terminals, and within walking distance of the main CBD, The Rocks, Opera house etc. We had a really lovely time and Sue was very easy to deal with and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and secure. We will definately stay here again next time we visit for a concert. Thanks Sue , it was a wonderful long weekend!

  • Fantastic location as it is just a few minutes walk away from Circular Quay! The apartment is spacious with 2 separate rooms each with a queen-sized bed.

Would be even more fantastic if there is a full-sized kitchen. Fortunately we were not really affected since we eat out most of the time except for one simple meal.

Wireless internet is only available at certain locations in the apartment due to weak signal.

    Response from Sue:

Yes - I would love a full-size kitchen too but a kitchenette is a kitchenette. With microwave, fridge, hotplates, toaster, kettle etc, there is more than enough for simple meals and we are surrounded by restaurants and cafes so food isn't a problem. The wireless base station has now been repaired so free internet now accessible through whole of the apartment.

  • We had a great stay with Sue. The location was fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to Circular Quay. The apartment was very roomy for Sydney CBD and great value. It suited our family of 5 with 3 young boys very well. Sue was fantastic with correspondance and travel advice etc. Thanks Sue, we will definately stay with you when we are in Sydney next!

  • Highly recommend - fantastic central location just a short walk from the Opera House. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities one could need. There is a useful 'library' of maps, leaflets and guide books to aid any tourist wanting to see the best of Sydney.

About
A big part of my rental philosophy is that the apartment be a home away from home. Comfortable, a place to relax and recover from exploring Sydney. I love meeting the people who come to stay and for many it is the one and only time they will visit so it needs to be as special as possible.
