Right off Pioneer Spirit Trail! A pedestrian, bike, and an exercise route between major recreational centers such as Libs Park, Heartwell Park, Lake Hastings, Hastings College, and the Downtown Central Business District.

Heartwell Park is only three blocks away. It has scenic views of relaxing water, a hike/bike trail, swings, playground equipment, a wading pool and historic homes. It is also a favorite place for those who like to fish and feed the ducks.

Street dead ends right into Hastings College! Historic Hastings College is one of the best liberal arts colleges in the country. A few famous HC alums are Nebraska Husker Football Coach Tom Osborne and Astronaut Clay Anderson.

Mary Lanning Hospital is also only a few blocks away and in walking distance. Mary Lanning Healthcare is a full-service, acute care medical facility. It offers care in over 30 medical specialties delivered by 75 physicians.

Hi there! Nebraska farm girl born & raised. I traveled the United States for almost seven years with a marketing company and fell in love with getting to know people, places and things. I visited 48 states and stayed in hotel after hotel after hotel. Let’s just say I found a new appreciation for comfy beds and welcoming places where you could put your feet up. I eventually moved to North Carolina, then Texas, and then found my way back home, to my hometown Hastings, in July 2016. I enjoyed the downtown Hastings lifestyle for almost four years and in December 2019 I came across this home on one of my favorite streets in the city and couldn't pass it up! (Of course I had no intention of buying a home at the time.) So here we are! I have a passion for this town, getting to know people and an entrepreneurial spirit. I can only hope all my guests will fall in love with the neighborhood and the uniqueness of the space just as I did. My goal is to give all guests a favorite memory from their travels and to make them feel at home. I look forward to being a part of your experience when visiting my hometown Hastings.
