  • We stayed at Elisa's place last week (Early July 2014) and absolutely loved it. It was much cheaper than the hotel option in the city and almost as convenient. There's a tram that's a 2 minute walk away that takes you right into the city center and comes every 5 minutes. The place itself is clean and has two air conditioning units (which were more than enough in 35 degree weather). Elisa's mother was kind enough to greet us and help us out if we had any issues (which we didnt). And Elisa was always available by email if we needed anything. They provided all towels and linens, and even water bottles by each bedside (which was a nice touch). I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Florence.

  • We enjoyed our stay at Elisa's apartment. Her Italian speaking mother met us at the apartment to show us around. We walked from the train station but I would recommend taking the streetcar a few stops as directed in Elisa's instructions and get off at the stop nearby. She wanted a copy of our passports so bring one with you or go to the copy shop up the street. The apartment is on a busy street but close to restaurants, a bakery and a beautiful park which is great for walking/running/(website hidden) units in both bedrooms. Elisa is very responsive to email communication. We would stay there again.

  • Had a wonderful time in Florence. The accommodation was as advertised and perfectly outside the ZTL since we drove to Florence. Elisa's mother was very helpful during check-in even though there was a Italian/English language barrier but it didn't deter her one bit.

  • Negatief. Huis erg donker. Langs erg drukke straat.

  • We could not have been happier with our stay in Elisa's Apartment in Florence. The place is exactly as pictured, with all of the essentials one would need. We were even provided with packets of tissues, bottles of water, and unopened toothbrushes in the bathroom, just in case! We were greeted by Elisa's lovely mother who does not speak English but was able to communicate everything we could need. The apartment is in a good location on the south side if the river, away from the hustle and bustle of the central city but close enough to walk there in 10 minutes. We would definitely recommend staying in this apartment to anyone!

  • Everything was solid. Her grandma was a sweetheart.

  • We were met by Marta, Elisa's mother. Although there was a language barrier, with the help of a laptop with translator, we communicated very well! Marta was very welcoming. The apartment is very comfortable, close to the tramline, a supermarket and a lovely restaurant just a few doors down. All in all, a great experience.

  • If you want to experience a truly Italian house, this is it. Located in central, 3 stations by tram from Firenze Station S.M.N, well-connected by buses, and you can also actually walk, well we walked to city centre on our 1st day. The next door bakery is also a small supermarket (i get my daily vegetables and fruits there). The house has strong WIFI. Martha is a lovely lady, only speaks Italian, but don't worry she knows how to communicate with you and Elisa is good and fast responding. Thanks for the experience Elisa!

  • Квартира оказалась маленьким уютным домиком. Было необычно пожить в таком месте. Рпйон довоьно шумный и далекова-то от центра города.
