You will feel very relaxed and welcome in my cool Williamsburg apartment. This cute room has plenty of light, privacy and comfort. I'm so close to 3 major subway lines, super hot Williamsburg and Lower East Side. Short stay or long stay, it works
The bedroom has an excellent queen size memory foam bed and is 11" x 10". It has an AC.
There is also a cute nook table and 2 chairs, not picture for a desk or dresser.
You will be sharing with me (an actor/intuitive life coach and an artist), and potentially another cool air bnber.
We share a kitchen and bathroom. Its a cool place in an older style building on the 3rd floor. It is a walk up.
Very New York! There is lots of light.
There is a large drugstore right across the street which is very convenient and a deli right downstairs. We are also walking distance to good supermarkets etc.
I'm close to the Williamsburg bridge that you can walk over into the Lower East Side in Manhattan and get an awesome view of the city. There is no shortage of fun stuff to do and great places to go in the hood.
Price includes hotel tax.
Unfortunately my sweet old dog Neville pictured and reviewed so beautifully is no longer with me. I miss him :(
As a result I am happy to have your well behaved, non-biting, good with people, and basically quiet dog stay. I work from home with clients so they can't be big barkers or yappers but I LOVE dogs and so they are welcome here.
Please bring your furry friend!!
Your bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
You are welcome to cook and will have a dedicated cupboard and space in the fridge. Tea, coffee, oil, spices and breakfast cereals are provided.
Interaction with Guests
This is a casual environment. Expect the kind of interaction you would have with a friendly roommate. I work from home so I am pretty available to answer questions etc.
The neighborhood is fantastic. Williamsburg has been booming the last couple of years and is much more interesting to go out to bars and restaurants than Manhattan now. We are also right next to the G train which gives you access to all the hot spot neighborhoods of Brooklyn.
You are also 10 minutes away from great party area, Lower East Side and walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants in Williamsburg, one of the hippest parts of New York.
We are also near McCarren Park where there is always a lot of summer fun going on and I'll be happy to point you in the right direction of all the good places to go.
Williamsburg is a GREAT neighborhood with lots of great beer gardens and out door event during the summer. It's also a little more chill and spacious than the city but its exceptionally convenient to get into Manhattan.
Great subway access.
One block from the G train Broadway stop
4 minutes walk to JMZ Hewes and Lorimer stops
8 minutes walk to L, G Metopolitan/Lorimer
Other Things to Note
Fresh towels and linen are provided. Unlike in in the pictures the bed now has 4 pillows.
No Smoking of any kind.
Please give notice about additional guests. You're here to have fun but please be mindful about who you bring home and send a text if you have a visitor (see additional guest fee).
Please be quiet in the kitchen & halls when I am doing client sessions. The door to my room will be shut so you will know.
Please clean up after yourself
Lost building key is $150. These are security keys and expensive to replace. The apartment key doesn't matter.
Nice room and Flat in Brooklyn, very closed with subway from Manhattan !
Georgia's friend Sara made our stay really pleasant and great--the room was clean, convenient, and welcoming. She was really flexible and accommodating, and responded promptly to questions, making the entire trip very stress-free. Thank you for hosting!
The stay at Georgia's was nice. Unfortunately we did not get the chance to meet her but her friend Sara welcomed us in her absence.
Sara was very nice and communication was quite easy.
The location is convenient ; very close to the Broadway station on G line and less than 10 minutes by walk from the L line. There are convenient stores around and an great coffee shop across the street (Mountain Province)
However there's no mention of the noise in the profile.
There is a police station right under the flat and the alarms are ringing several times at night, very loudly.
And the train is very close too, so with thin windows, it's quite hard to sleep well.
Very easy, comfortable, private stay! I did not meet Georgia or Neville the dog, but all the information I needed was provided.
I really enjoyed my stay at Georgia's place. She and her friend Sara were very accomodating before and during my stay.
The room is really great, exactly as described, and I had everything I needed.
The location is also very nice, close to shops and to the train station, really convenient to enjoy visiting NYC. I highly recommend this place!
Thank you Georgia and Sara!
Georgia's friend Sara was very accommodating!
My partner and I stayed one night and it was everything we needed.
Everything worked out really well! Georgia and her friend Sara arranged everything in a good way, and I had a good time visiting Williamsburg (but NY was very (!) cold) :)

I LOVE being an airbnb host!!! I have met the coolest people from all over the world doing this and I love having the interesting conversations and cultural exchange. It's like traveling without traveling and I can truly say I have made some great new friends through this.
I am an Australian who has lived in the states since 97. I have done TONS of traveling and so I know how important it is to have a friendly face to welcome you and show you the ropes. I was a professional stand up comedian and now I act and work as an intuitive life coach. I give great readings if that is up your alley!
I am social and happy to show you where is fun in the hood or leave you to discover it yourself.
